About this villa rental
Villa Zelda - Spacious 3 bedroom apartment (100m²) with TOTALLY PRIVATE GARDEN AND POOL (not shared) for your own exclusive use in the garden apartment of Villa Zelda in Roquefort les pins. Restaurants, Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy close by.
SLEEPS 6 ADULTS (06330 France) 500m from the village centre where you will find a supermarket, boulangeries, butchers, Banks and ATMs, pharmacy and several restaurants with open-air terraces and our local Bistrot "le Cappucino". Your apartment consists of the entire ground floor of the Villa and is totally independent. You have your own entrance, your own garden (400m²), a private pool for your own exclusive use (End APRIL until 25 SEPTEMBER) 5 meter above ground octagonal pool and of course your own teak outdoor furniture and large charcoal Barbecue.
Decorated with beautifully restored French furniture in a shabby-chic French style. WIFI Fibre, Large Smart TV with NETFLIX.
CAR parking and 4x4 with roof box ONLY.
Sorry no Space for large TRUCKS or MINIBUS!
THREE BEDROOMS, (Double 160cm, Double 150cm, 2 single beds). Baby bed and high chair free of charge on request.
ONE BATHROOM AND ONE SEPARATE TOILET
Arrivals are after 4pm, departures at 10am (to allow for cleaning and preparing the villa - thanks so much!)
PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY : Suitable for small children and the elderly as no steps or stairs, however NOT suitable for wheelchair users.
Smoking permitted outdoors :-)
I'm afraid we can't accept our animal friends as we cater to guests with allergies - very sorry! :-)

Votre appartement occupe tout le rez-de-chaussée de la villa et est totalement indépendant. Vous disposez de votre propre entrée, de votre propre jardin (400 m²), d'une piscine privée à votre usage exclusif (du 1 mai au 25 septembre) 5m hors sol octagonal et bien sûr de votre propre mobilier d'extérieur en teck et d'un grand barbecue au charbon de bois.

Parking voiture et 4x4 avec coffre de toit UNIQUEMENT - Désolé, pas de place pour les gros camions ou les minibus !
TROIS CHAMBRES (lit double 160 cm, lit double 150 cm, 2 lits simples). Lit Bébé et chaise haute sur demande sans frais.
UNE SALLE DE BAIN ET DES TOILETTES SÉPARÉES
Les arrivées se font après 16h et les départs à 10h (pour permettre le nettoyage et la préparation de la villa - merci beaucoup !)
