Nice flat. Balcony leads to a small playground for young children . Restaurant downstairs ans supermarkets close by

The apartment is perfectly located next to the park, 5 minutes to the city center, 10-15 walking minutes to the sea. There is an amazing restaurant Rondo at the same building, good prices and super Michelin like food we god clean and small apartment with a terrace, which was perfect for warm days to enjoy breakfast and dinner outside. As we got the inner yard side, it was very calm and silent at nights.
- apartment was a bit smaller than expected
- there is no dishwasher, no washing machine
- late checkin is a bit complicated
- checkout is around 10am (too early for us)
