About this apartment rental
Apartamentos situated near the Yumbo Centre on the street towards the beach, central but quiet is this beautiful and very clean apartment hotel with a nice garden and pool area, reception and night guard. All facilities of Playa del Inglés just around the corner, separate children’s pool, cable TV and safe in the apartment (hire). Sleeps 3, maid service 5 times per week, Internet at the reception. Wireless internet-access in apartment (hire) with plenty of room for laptop in the safe.
The apartment has one bedroom and a living room with kitchen, bathroom (shower) and balcony, various furniture can occur. Change of towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.
Amenities: Stove, refrigerator, dishes/utensils provided, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave.
Possible to rent Cable TV and safe.
Taxi from Las Palmas airport: 20 minutes. There is a bus from the
airport as well, less expensive but you spend more time traveling.
Enjoy the Miles of Ocean and Beach.

or less staying there. Tenancy agreement will be sent by Email
and rent can be paid in front by bank transfer or credit card or
cash on arrival in the reception.

the apartment was exelant . I have mobility problems being 80 so booked it because it had a Lift, and a swimming pool to be able to exersize. The Downside was No internet Unless I paid.I had spent 2 weeks in Las Palmas in a nice room with free internet but a shared Kitchen.. TV Chanel showing English Films But I mostly watched Films on My Ipad on Utube. . But There were no English Channels On the Tv Here. So There was nothing for me to do in the Evenings as I don't go Pubbing or Clubbing.

Ths floors were dirty and the shower didn't have hot water. The location was the best thing about this place. Pool was OK.
