About this house rental
Situated in the magnificent surroundings of Vence in the hills above Nice with fantastic views over the Mediterranean sea and the mountains. The house is 140m2 and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/breakfast/living area with all modern facilities. The house will accommodate up to 6 people. In addition there is a separate Annex that will accommodate 3 people with a double bed, single bed and a bathroom (if interested in the Annex please indicate on application). Outside there is a large terrace with a modern covered Pergola and includes Bar, Dinner Table, Lounge Area and Barbecue. The garden has multiple terraces, all with a sea view, and there is a 9m long swimming pool. The garden is typical Provence style and includes olive, lemon, fig and palm trees. The property is easily accessible from Nice airport, which is only a 20-30 minute drive away
