We had a fantastic stay in the villa which has everything you need. The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend and would definitely revisit if going back to Croatia

We had a most wonderful welcome from our hosts, and were presented with a platter of regional meat, cheese and bread, a bottle of red and white local wine and some fresh figs from their garden! There was chilled bottled water too. Any time we contacted the hosts we got an immediate and helpful reply. The property is a newly renovated villa situated in a small farming village.The property comprises of 3 double bedrooms (one with a small balcony that overlooks the parking area) and a compact living area/kitchenette.The accommodation is all on the on the first floor. On the same floor there is a shower room with toilet and washing machine, and a second small toilet adjacent to this. There is a large balcony off the living area (overlooking the pool) with a table that seats 6.The garage on the ground floor houses the table tennis table (2 bats, 1 ball provided) and the table football.There is an air conditioning unit in the living area, and a fan is also available. There is no access to the top floor of the property. The kitchenette has an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is crockery for 6 people and a dining table that seats 6. Basics such as kitchen towel, dishwasher tablets, cleaning materials, loo roll and pantry items were in plentiful supply. The internet was reliable for checking emails and web surfing. The outdoor space is outstanding with a fire/barbecue that we used many times, both as a fire and barbecue. Logs were supplied. The unheated pool is a great size with Roman steps. The swifts kept us amused with their pool cleaning! The pool was also regularly and thoroughly cleaned by the hosts. The property was clean, and spare sheets are supplied if you want to change your sheets weekly. Bath/hand towels were provided and it was no problem washing them and drying them in the sunshine. Pool towels are not supplied, nor is there an iron/ironing board available. The nearest town is Benkovac which is about 15 mins drive.There is a Plodine supermarket there that is open every day until late. For an amazing and cheap dinner in Benkovac, visit Pizzeria Pape - we visited twice during our fortnight's stay! We flew into Split airport (1hr 10mins drive). The property's location allowed us to visit Zadar, Split, Pag, Krka NP, Plitvice NP, Šibenik, Biograd, Trogir, Kornati island boat trip, Klis fortress, Omis, Benkovac and its castle as well as fitting in some pool days. A car is essential.

Wir hatten einen tollen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt abgelegen in einem kleinen Dorf, wodurch wir die Ruhe genießen konnten. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein offener Wohn- u. Essbereich mit einer ausziehbaren Couch. Außerdem einen schönen großen Balkon, der zum Frühstücken einlädt. Desweiteren gibt es ein Bad mit WC und ein weiteres separates WC. Der Pool und die Grillecke sind super schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar für Rückfragen. Bei der Ankunft wurde Wasser, Wein und eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen für uns bereitgestellt. Jeden zweiten oder dritten Tag wurde der Pool mit Vorankündigung gereinigt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool. Super Ausstattung. Gesamtes Haus und Grundstück sehr ordentlich und sauber. Tolle Vermieter/Eigentümer. Diese waren immer ansprechbar und haben sich rührend um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank! Das Haus selbst liegt im Landesinneren und man muss immer Wege mit dem Auto für Einkaufen, Meer und Restaurants in kauf nehmen. Ansonsten hat man dort absolute Ruhe und Erholung.

The rent was great as everything you need was available for a perfect stay. The house is around half an hour driving of the principals spot to visit. You will be in the middle of a small village. The house was extra clean. Good flexibility from the owner for the check in hour. Ivana the owner was very kind,available and reactive to all our questions. Thanks for your great welcome!

Wir durften 4 wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen in diesem ungewöhnlich komplett ausgestatteten Haus verbringen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit! Im Kühlschrank warteten bei unserer Ankunft Milch, Bier, Wein, Wasser, Saft, eine große Platte Schinken und Käse auf uns, dazu 2 Laibe Brot. Geschirr und Gläser sind reichlich vorhanden, auch die Küchen- und Badausstattung ist für ein Ferienhaus wirklich ungewöhnlich umfangreich. Man merkt, dass es Ivana und Marko eine Herzensangelegenheit ist, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Einiges ist zwar schon ein bisschen "in die Jahre" gekommen (Fenster lassen sich z. B. teilweise schwer, bzw. schlecht öffnen und schließen), aber damit kann man leben. Das Bad und die Dusche sind relativ eng; bei einer Belegung von 4-6 Personen wäre eine 2. Dusche sicherlich besser. Das Einzige, was wir persönlich als negativ, weil zeitweise störend empfunden haben, und was bisher in keiner Rezension und auch nicht in der Beschreibung vermerkt war, ist die kleine Kirche, die unmittelbar gegenüber vom Haus steht. Ihre Glocke schlägt laut und vernehmlich von morgens 6 bis abends 22 Uhr zu jeder halben Stunde. Um halb 1x, um voll so oft, wie es spät ist. Das machte, zumindest für uns, das Ausschlafen bei offenem Fenster unmöglich. Bei geschlossenem Fenster störte das Läuten jedoch nicht... Ansonsten herrschte absolute Ruhe. Auch kein leidiges Hundegebell, das man im Süden oft hat. Lediglich ein paar Schafe hörte man ab und an blöken, oder auch schonmal eine Kuh. Das ist halt auf dem Land so... Der Standpunkt des Hauses ist ideal, um viel zu sehen. Die NP's Plitvicer Seen, Krka und Paklenica, der Vranska Jezero, Sibenik, Biograd, Pakostane, Zadar, Nin, Gornji Karin, Split etc. sind alle innerhalb von 20 bis max. 90 Minuten Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Die ländliche, ruhige Lage bot uns aber dazu auch die Möglichkeit, nicht nur Landschildkröten zu sehen (4 haben wir von der Straße gerettet...), sondern auch den größten Schmetterling Europas, einen Wiedehopf, Gänsegeier, Nashornkäfer und auch (ungiftige) Schlangen beobachten zu können. Die Nachtigall haben wir singen gehört und unglaublich viele Sterne am klaren Himmel genossen. Der Pool wird übrigens alle 3 Tage (immer mit Vorankündigung!) von Marko gewartet und gesäubert und war stets sauber und einladend. Kurz: Es gab nichts zu mäkeln oder meckern, schön war's, noch einmal ganz lieben Dank an Irvana und Marko!!!

De villa was zeer proper. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en zeer bereidwillig. Het zwembad werd zeer regelmatig onderhouden. Gezellige, rustig omgeving. Goede ontvangst en alles wat je nodig hebt is voorradig. Dit is een aanrader.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und immer bemüht dass die Gäste zufrieden sind. Wir wurden gleich mit regionalen Spezialitäten und Getränken begrüßt. Auch im Haus war alles vorhanden und sauber. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass nur eine Dusche im Haus ist. Die Außenanlage ist super gepflegt und einfach toll um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu genießen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Vielen Dank Ivana und Marko.
