It features a spacious, open-plan contemporary design with a pool and all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay, all within 5km of Hua Hin's town centre.
The villa boasts an open-plan kitchen, a large casual seating area with a smart TV, portable speakers, Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning. It's designed to be a home away from home for friends and family. The kitchen includes a utility area for storage and laundry needs.
The master bedroom offers a 6ft bed with luxurious feather and down bedding, a modern dressing area, fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite with a deluxe bath. The second bedroom also features a 6ft bed and a luxury shower ensuite. The third bedroom, a twin room, is adaptable to guest preferences and includes a luxury shower ensuite.
Outdoor amenities include shower facilities, a BBQ area, sun loungers, and terraced seating for dining al fresco. The garden's centerpiece is a 15m saltwater swimming pool with jets and a water feature, ensuring sunlight throughout the day and a perfect relaxation spot.
We provide meet-and-greet services, airport transfers upon request, and additional services such as cleaning, laundry, and car hire. Our team is also on hand to recommend and book excursions, ensuring guests have support at any time during their stay.
During your stay, we provide complimentary electricity and water. The electricity is limited to 250 kWh per week, which should suffice for moderate use throughout your stay.

Chas and Mod were amazing hosts,they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay nothing seemed any trouble..It's a amazing villa with a huge pool with jacuzzi, lovely garden with comfy outside furniture. The beds are super comfy, bathrooms are good . The villa is one of the best equipped I have been to in Thailand,there is everything you need.we had a amazing 17 night stay. You feel very safe and is in a great location

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this villa in Hua Hin — truly one of our best travel experiences.The property is even more beautiful than in the photos. Spacious, elegant, and impeccably maintained, it offers the perfect balance between luxury and warmth. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home — only in a tropical paradise version.The pool area is stunning and perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to fully enjoy the climate, and inside, every detail reflects care and quality. The villa was spotless, the beds extremely comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. Absolutely nothing was missing.The location is ideal — peaceful and private, yet close enough to enjoy everything Hua Hin has to offer. We loved being able to switch effortlessly between total relaxation at the villa and exploring the area.A special thank you for the excellent communication and support throughout our stay. Everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming.This is exactly the kind of place where meaningful family memories are made. House is in decent shape and the owner has done a very good job of decorating and equipping the home Sadly the pool has extreme green allergie That according to the visitor long has been going on for months Also has very weak internet and the TV’s only there for decoration as not functional Other wise was a good getaway
