About this chalet rental
Lovely semi-detached chalet located in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca. It is part of a group of eight properties surrounded by a beautiful garden, which share a private swimming pool, just a few metres from the sea. In this we find a lovely dining room with sea views, open to the charming kitchen and a beautiful terrace with a dining area and wonderful sea views. It also has a toilet. Downstairs we find three lovely bedrooms, all of them opening onto the private garden that surrounds the property. One of them has a double bed, another has a single bed and the other has two single beds. It also has a bathroom.
It is not necessary to rent a car, as there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres in the vicinity.
On the terrace there is a seating area, sun loungers
The beautiful beach with crystal-clear waters of Cala Molins is only 50 metres away.
There is a large free car park very close by.
It is worth noting that we have fibre optic with high-speed Internet for remote working (600 MB).
Smoking is permitted outdoors

IMPORTANT
In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is charged for each guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person:
from 1 November to 30 April €0.55 and
from 1 May to 31 October: €2.20.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.
A welcome basket is provided with each booking. We provide all information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest…) in an online guide so you can make the most of your holiday.

Cala de Sant Vicente is a small tourist complex on the rocky north coast and consists of three small beaches and some bars and restaurants. You can explore the other beaches on foot.
The place is made for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca, in a secluded location.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres are nearby. The beautiful beach with crystal-clear waters of Cala Molins is only 50 metres away.
The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes' drive away and is, by far, one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. There is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés to satisfy the individual tastes of visitors.
For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, British writer Peter Ustinov and many others have also chosen this beautiful village as a holiday destination.
The landmarks of the village are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which there is a small Baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

The location is perfect — just a couple of minutes’ walk and you’re on Cala Molins beach, which is beautiful and peaceful. Plus, everything’s close by: restaurants, supermarkets, and that’s really appreciated so you don’t always have to rely on the car.
The house is super clean and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has it all, and the terrace with the barbecue was our favourite spot to have a relaxed dinner in the evening. The shared pool is a bonus too it was never crowded and we could almost enjoy it to ourselves.
The Wi-Fi worked really well, which was great because we combined our holiday with a bit of remote work without any issues. The Home Villas team were very kind and quick to respond when we had a small query.
Ideal for unwinding, resting, enjoying nature and the sea — 100% recommended.
In short, it was a perfect getaway and we would definitely come back. If you’re looking for a comfortable place, close to the beach and with a good vibe, this chalet is a great choice.

Great property for a family with plenty of space. Very clean and the towels were changed quite a few times during our visit. Close to the beach and parking not a problem. Communication was good and everyone very helpful. Only downside is outsidefurniture could do with a little updating and additional seating provided in the garden. Overall we would definitely rent again.
