About this apartment rental
Our 2018 built Casa Tramuntana with the apartments, "Oleandro" on the ground floor is located on a closed 1900 sqm plot.
The holiday home is about 500m outside of Torpe, with a beautiful view of Torpe, Posada, the Monte Albo and the woods and the long valley around Torpe.
The apartment on the ground floor, which we offer here, is in high equipment / solid wood furniture with 3 air conditioners / inverter.
Layout: 3 bedrooms with large beds and mosquito nets,
2 bathrooms,
large open plan living / dining area with sofa bed and kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker.
Large flat screen satellite TV with German channels.
Terrace with barbecue.
The garden offers a small relaxation area, an outdoor shower, children's play equipment with trampoline / swing.
On the property there are enough parking lots for both apartments.
Beautiful, not too crowded sandy beaches in the main season you will find in the immediate vicinity.
Below about the start time by car from Torpe:
Posada about 5 minutes, San Giovanni about 7 minutes, Budoni about 10 minutes, La Caletta about 10 minutes.
The typical Sardinian town of Torpe is conveniently located halfway between Olbia and Nuoro with a distance of about 30 minutes.
In Torpe you will find bakers, supermarkets, butchers, various restaurants and cafes.
The area and the hinterland of Monte Albo is also very popular with bikers
Arrival by plane or ferry:
Sardinia airports with many direct flights from Germany are
Olbia, about 30 minutes, Alghero about 120 minutes, Cagliari about 135 minutes.
Ferry ports prefers Olbia and Golfo Aranci.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tramuntana.
Monika, the host, is a very attentive and friendly person.
The apartment and the property are neat and there is everything that you need for a relaxing holiday.

It's a nice and spacious flat with big dining tables inside and on the porch, good kitchen etc., ideal for Families or groups of people. It is 15-60min drive away from many gorgeous beaches and lovely villages (Posada and its beaches 10min away, Golfo di Orosei in the south and Capo Coda Cavallo in the north). But if you feel lazy, you can always enjoy the great swimming pool in the garden.
We enjoyed that it wasn't directly in a tourist centre but located in a quiet little rural village.
We had a great time :-)

Gemeinsam mit unserer Familie haben wir zwei wundervolle Wochen im "Casa Tramuntana" verbracht. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (im Alter von 3 bis 9 Jahren) und wir haben uns alle sofort in die Unterkunft verliebt. Bereits im Vorfeld hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt zu Monika und Wolfram. Auf unsere Fragen haben sie immer schnell und ausführlich geantwortet. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr herzlich von den beiden begrüßt. Uns wurde alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt. Auf dem Tisch stand ein liebevoller Willkommensgruß & im Kühlschrank befand sich bereits kalt gestelltes Wasser - vielen lieben Dank an dieser Stelle! So fühlten wir uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte einfach an nichts: Erwähnenswert sind auch die tollen Kinderbücher & die Spielesammlung. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert! Auch wir Erwachsenen konnten zwischen vielen tollen Büchern wählen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist außerdem der riesige, wunderschöne Garten. Dadurch, dass er komplett eingezäunt ist und auch der Pool entsprechend abgesichert werden kann, konnten die Kinder ganz frei spielen und rennen. Das Klettergerüst mit Schaukeln, das Trampolin sowie das Fußballtor mit Fußball kamen sehr gut bei unseren Kindern an! Besonders begeistert waren wir alle auch von dem traumhaft schönen Pool, welchen wir täglich genutzt haben. Das Panorama rund herum war einfach unbeschreiblich schön!
Abschließend bleibt nur zu sagen: Wir können das "Casa Tramuntana" nur jedem empfehlen! Es ist und bleibt eine absolute Traumunterkunft! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir waren Anfang August 2019 im schönen Casa Tramuntana.Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern für 2 Wochen vor Ort.Der Kontakt zu Monika und Wolfram Kurz war sowohl vor der Reise als auch während und nach der Reise einzigartig.Auch bei privaten Problemen hatten wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Rückmeldung und eine sofortige Lösung und Hilfe. (Vielen Dank nochmal dafür;-))Das Haus ist sehr schön, alles neu und hochwertig eingerichtet.Die Bäder entsprechen, so wie auch alles andere, dem deutschen Standard.Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wasser und Sekt bereit, das Haus war bereits für uns klimatisiert und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt.Der Garten ist für die Kids traumhaft, sodass wir abends lange die Ruhe und den Ausblick genießen konnten. Der Bäcker und die Pizzeria vor Ort waren super.In der Nähe befinden sich einige schöne Strände, so dass es ein wunderschöner Urlaub war, den wir gerne nochmal im Casa Tramuntana verbringen würden.Liebe Grüße Fam.
