In full nature, without vis-à-vis, in the middle of cork oaks, olive trees and fruit trees, on the heights of Sainte-Maxime, in the Var, with sea view, facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, you will be seduced by its location away from the hustle and bustle, only 4 km from the city and the beaches.
Calm, Provencal charm, comfort, simplicity and authenticity for this 50 m2 renovated house which consists of:
- A living room opening on one level to the terrace
- 2 bedrooms with new bedding (1 double bed 160 x 200 in the first, and 2 single beds in the second)
- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, plancha, iron and ironing board)

Once again we enjoyed our holidays in the little charming house at Massive de Maures. The Mimosas are growing, the weather was fine, only the street to the house was difficult to drive with the car. But this wasńt the cause of Florence and her man. They are very friendly and complaisant. It was a fine week at the house on the hill and weĺl come back soon. Sylvie

it was the highlight of the year as expected. The house is far from noise and fumes in a big and artless garden with a nice view of St. Tropez from the patio (enjoy it at night). The house is well-kept, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Nothing missing! the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. And bringing our dog was no problem at all..Our host Florence is a very nice and friendly person, her english is brilliant and she gave us a warm welcome with a cold wine at the arrival . we had the immediate feeling of being home. A very well located property, just a 20 minute ride from downtown St Maxime. The house itself is fine, although somewhat basic (especially the bathroom) and not very charmingly furnished or decorated. At arrival it was not spotlessly clean, but okay, you spend most time outside, and there it is great, although the owner could cut some branches to keep the view of the distant sea and St Tropez intact. A lot of wasps (daytime) and musquitos (all the time) around the house, so take precautions. And be prepared for the sound and sight of wild pigs on the field round the house - separated by electricated wire, so no threat. Close by is a big supermarket, which is great, as is the surrounding countryside. All in all a fine escape of the masses, close to all attractions of the area.

Just back from a lovey 5 night stay. Description was spot on. House was clean and comfortable. Daniela met us for check in and was available for any queries. Inside space is compact but well laid out but the outside area is wonderful. Lot's of places to sit and the views are just stunning. Only comment I would make is to be aware of the electric fence which is in place to keep out the wild boar who appear at dusk. Our two little dogs both walked into the fence and had little shocks. Something to consider if guests had children.

Ich war zum zweiten mal in diesem wundervoll gelegenen Haus. Es ist einfach, aber hat eine sehr schöne Stimmung. Der Außenbereich ist phantastisch gemütlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail und viel Halbschatten. Die Lage des Hauses ist super angenehm ruhig, fern vom hektischen Treiben an der Küste. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf St. Tropez in der Ferne. Unbedingt ein Fernglas mitnehmen. Dann kann man sehr schön Tiere und Yachten im Golf beobachten. Und die Klimaanlage kühlt wohltuend, wenn man es braucht. Ich komme bestimmt wieder!!!

Wir haben eine Woche an der Côte D’Azur verbracht und nach meinem Strandtag die Ruhe und Idylle in diesen Ferienhaus genossen. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet viel Schatten und ist ideal zum Frühstück und zum verweilen. Der Blick auf Sainte Maxime war herrlich.

Een fijne vakantiebestemming in een rustige omgeving. Volop in de natuur, zelfs everzwijnen gespot, en toch ook dicht bij mogelijkheden om te winkelen en bij St Maxime. Een huisje van alle comfort voorzien en de nodige airco bij het warme weer. Een heerlijk terras met zicht op zee om in alle rust te genieten. Het was er goed!!

Cadre magnifique, avec un jardin sublime et une vue incroyable sur la baie de St Tropez. Acceuil efficace et gentil de Florian. La symphonie des oiseaux et le parfum des fleurs (Jasmin). Pratique : à deux pas des commerces (grand Carrefour, bonne boulangerie dans sa galerie). Intérieur simple avec tout ce qu'il faut, sauf peut-être un four (il y a j uste un micro-ondes). Nous recommandons sans réserve !

Un havre de paix, en toute simplicité, mais avec tout le confort nécessaire. From the beginning to the end of our holiday this summer, the 'little house on the hill' was the perfect choice for us! We are completely satisfied with our choice! All things were great. Starting with the checkin, the communictaion while we were there until the checkout. I highly recommend this location for families! Our dog was enjoied by this location also. Enough place for him and us on this property. So many great details! Stunning view on Saint Tropez, watching boars at the sunset, many choices to relaxing in the garden, etc. Thank you so much, Florence for all things! And of corse we are dreaminng about to come back!

I stayed at the petite maison for 1 week. It has a beautiful garden area that has a lovely view and trees for shade. We ate most of our meals outside. The house is up a hill on a dirt path, so there is very little walking you can do from the house but it is only 5 minutes by car from the local carrefor, horseback ridding, aqualand, accrobranch and then 15 minutes from the beach of Saint Maxime. Very beautfiul but be preparred to make a lot of little trips with the car.

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen , in einer traumhaften Landschaft. Das Haus ist perfekt zum entspannen . Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt allerdings etwas versteckt. Irgendwann hört die asphaltierte Straße auf und man gelangt über einen Schotterweg zum Grundstück. Dort angekommen wird man mit einem herrlichen Ausblick und absoluter Ruhe belohnt. Check in verlief problemlos. Daniela hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns noch viele Tips für Unternehmung gegeben. Vielen Dank an Florence und Daniela für die tolle Organisation!

Wir haben eine sehr gute Zeit in dem kleinen Häuschen in den nur wenig bebauten Hügeln am Stadtrand von Sainte-Maxime verbracht! Wer eine naturnahe Umgebung bevorzugt, Freiheit, Ungezwungenheit und Ruhe schätzt sowie ein unverfälschtes Ambiente sucht, ist hier genau richtig! In der Dämmerung beim eiskalten Rosé auf der Terasse mit Blick auf die in der Ferne liegende Bucht, rufen seltene Vogelarten und Frösche von Weitem aus einem Biotop. Wir haben die Unterkunft ohne Probleme sofort gefunden, die Anfahrtsskizze und persönliche Navigation von Daniela über Handy waren sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten jederzeit eine überaus freundliche und liebenswerte Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, die sich um alle Belange sofort gekümmert hat! Danke Daniela für Alles! Merci beaucoup! Die Räume waren dank Fliesenboden und Fensterläden sowie Verdunklungs-Vorhängen stets angenehm kühl, so dass wir die Klimaanlage nicht in Anspruch nehmen mussten und immer gut geschlafen haben! Florence, die Besitzerin hat sofort Abhilfe geschaffen, als für einige Tage Baulärm auf dem Nachbargrundstück die Idylle trübte! Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, dass sich Menschen im Hintergrund um unser Wohlergehen bemühen. Wir haben 'unser Haus' in den zwei Wochen sehr lieb gewonnen und als guten Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge und Fahrten zum Strand erlebt. Bis bald! Thomas, Jürgen und Anton

Petite maison sympa. Mais il est dommage que le jardin ne corresponde pas à la description. Trop de mauvaise herbes, impossibilité de ranger les coussins extérieurs dans le cabanon comme on nous le demande, car il est plein. Le ménage intérieur laisse à désirer (poubelles non nettoyées) et sanitaires pas assez propres !
