Sagres moments, is situated in the remote, adventurous and most south-western town in Europe. The villa is in a very quiet and typical neighborhood. This peaceful oasis is the perfect retreat for travelers looking for a little patch heaven with its own private pool and garden.
This gorgeous 3-bedroom property comfortably furnished is the best choice for an amazing family vacation by the sea.
A short walk from the glorious Sagres beaches, it is ideally located for exploring the rural landscapes and the unexplored coast of Algarve.
The property is fully equipped to a high standard and you will be enchanted by the surroundings. The open-air dining area offers an amazing view of the swimming pool and the charming private garden. There is a large BBQ area in this garden and a modern open-plan kitchen with an ample dining area with direct access to the garden. This leads to a living room with two comfortable sofas and a cozy double side fireplace, fully equipped with TV, table games and video console. From here you can walk out onto the bedrooms.
The bedrooms are all comfortably furnished with open wardrobes and direct access to the garden and swimming pool area. The two master bedrooms have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms, and the third bedroom has a triple bunk bed and single sofa bed. A third full-equipped bathroom serves both the social area and the third bedroom.
There are many versatile outdoor spaces including an expansive sun deck, a large shaded deck and a beautifully planted garden.
You'll love cooling down in the garden's beautiful swimming pool, where sun-worshipers can bask in the poolside loungers. Next to the pool you can rest in the sofa in the shade of a covered area that also contains a large table and chairs. Perfect for relaxing on a sunny afternoon!
You will be greeted on arrival and offered information on local beaches, villages, attractions, walks, etc. to help make the most of your stay.
The property will be fully cleaned prior to arrival and again on departure. Clean bedroom and bathroom linen is provided and you'll have contact details for the owner or local contact in case of any emergency. A deposit against damage and the contents of the property will be held by the owner but this will be fully refunded on departure subject to a quick inspection.

Great House with all stuff you need. Good kitchen equipment and clean bathrooms. Perfect outside table where you can have breakfast in the sun. Very close to Restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended

Fabulous villa, everything we needed and more. Marta and Rodrigo were great hosts and very helpful with some great local recommendations. We will definitely going back.

We just spent 2 weeks at this lovely villa in Sagres. The swimming pool was a just perfect and very welcome after a day on the beach, and the rather chilly sea temperature.
The open plan layout is ideal, and the large sliding doors opening out onto the patio area and garden works really well.
The villa is very well appointed and furnished, although I we were surprised it did not have a washing machine, but we managed.
It's location is within a quiet residential area and just a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Sagres which was fine but wouldn't work so well for anyone with limited mobility. However, it was just 5 minutes from one of the best seafood restaurants we ate at, which was perfect.
Would recommend this as a great holiday villa.

When we arrived we were amazed at how much space there was around the villa. Easy to park through the remote control gates on the large drive that could easily fit three cars.
The pool was a lovely size, large enough to swim and play in. Plenty of sun beds and outdoor furniture.
The architecture of the vill and the decor inside it modern, and the three bathrooms were a real bonus for us as a family of 4.
It is a short walk to the nearest restaurants, about 20 minutes. Our favourites were the Laundry Lounge, Three Little Birds and The Hangout.
The beaches are all about 25 minutes walk away, but we tended to drive to beaches to explore.
There were a few things that I needed to correspond with Marta and Rodrigo about, but they got back to me instantly.
The neighbourhood around the villa was quiet.
All in all, a great place to stay, in a great place! We love Sagres and we’re very sad to leave.
