About this apartment rental
Ideally located just behind the famous Carlton hotel, quiet, and at walking distance from la Croisette, from the luxurious shops on the rue d' Antibes and from the beach. 700 m from the Cannes Palais des Festivals and from the train station.It is therefore possible to arrive by train in Cannes and to walk to the appartment.
Very bright and sunny thanks to its big 20 m2 terrace with a pleasant hill view. Very confortable with a leather sofa bed in the living room with a real mattress, 2 mattresses in the bedroom ( separate but joignable ), air conditionning in all rooms (bedroom, living room, veranda), super rapid fiber internet wifi, well equiped american kitchen, bathroom and decorated with care for detail.
Landlord speaks english!

The apartment is as described. Very good location, close to everything, it's clean and the air condition works properly. The bathroom door makes a noise when closed whisch at night is disturbin. The host answer was to leave it open when used to avoid the noise. Make sure you read the contract hidden in "messages to host".In the contract, the check in is 2-6 pm. The host wants to be present on arrival.My flight arrived late, around 8:30 pm and the host said no way she will come to let me in and suggested to " see you next morning in front of the building". So, I should get a hotel for a night or sleep on the stairs??. Thank God I had a friend who lives close to Cannes and came during the check in hours to pick up the key.
