Ideally located in the city center, in the historic district of Ajaccio, on the old port, this beautiful apartment of 100 m2 has a terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the old town, 5 minutes from the beach. Ajaccio and in the immediate vicinity of all amenities, restaurants, shops, local market, bus, bus and maritime station. Located on the 5th floor without elevator of an old building, this crossing and atypical apartment is spacious, contemporary and comfortable. It consists of an air-conditioned living / dining room of 30 m2, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of which is air-conditioned, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom / WC. The living room opens onto a 20 m2 terrace accessible by three steps, furnished with living room + dining table, facing the sea. Ideal location, a vehicle is not necessary, everything can be done on foot or by bus to go to the beaches of the route des Iles Sanguinaires.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and large for two couples. The view was magnificent from the large terrace.
The apartment contained all the necessary facilities and the owner Noelle was very helpful.

The Cuddon family thoroughly enjoyed their weeks holiday in Ajaccio. Noelle welcomed us with a selection Corsican goodies as well as a recommendation for a local restaurant which was very helpful and turned out to be very good.
We took full advantage of all the amenities of the flat especially the terrace with its amazing view of the whole bay and where we enjoyed nightly aperitifs whilst watching the cruise ships dock in front of us.
