About this apartment rental
Completely renovated in 2015 and ideally located in Carnon, this ground floor of a small house condominium offers direct beach access and a pleasant shady garden that will allow you to spend a unique holiday.
A 5 minute walk to the market, 10 minutes from Luna Park 10 minutes from the port and 7 minutes from a small supermarket and newsagent. Private parking lot just outside the entrance to the apartment. Equipped with Wi-Fi.
Acquired for the purpose of dealing with our young children-ages, it is equipped to accommodate families (bed with comfortable mattress, high chair, bath ...).
It includes:
- A bedroom with a double bed and a large closet,
- A second small room with a bunk bed + extra mattress and a closet.
- A shower room with WC
-a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ...) open to living
-a lounge with convertible corner sofa, flat screen TV with DVD player
-a veranda with table and chairs overlooking the garden.
The apartment is equipped with WI-FI.
The rate includes bed linen, bed linen and cleaning at departure.

With our two kids, 3 and 5 years old, we had a pleasent stay in this nice appartment. It is well equiped for families with small children. Another big benifit is the direct access to the beach.

We found the house on the beach to be a small paradise- and we send a wonderfull summer there with our 3 kids. Our host was extremely helpfull with informations to make our stay even better, everything worked fantastic everything from being recieved by the nicest contact person, to the neat cleaning of the appartment when arriving. The apartment it self was cosy and is nicely decorated , well furnished, and well equipped in linnen, kitchen, and as well in beach equipment. the appartment it self is located centrally, in walking distance of fantstic local marked, wonderfull small bakery and all the small shops and restaurants you could wish for. The apartment it self is right on the beach allowing all five of us going from 4 years to 45 to enjoy our summer. Can really recommend this small fantstic place.
