About this apartment rental
Modern and completely refurbished duplex located next to the beach of Meloneras. It has two spacious terraces and balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool and a communal pool.
The house is located in the exclusive 5 star hotel area of Maspalomas/Meloneras and close to high class restaurants. The beach of Maspalomas is within walking distance and the beach of Meloneras is only 150 metres from the flat.
The house is distributed over two floors:
- On the main floor there is the entrance, the living room-kitchen, a bathroom with shower, the main terrace with private pool, 2 sun loungers, a chill-out area with sofas, and another outdoor terrace with barbecue and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils....
- On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony and 1 bathroom with shower.
In all rooms there is smart-TV, air conditioning and free high speed wifi.
The bungalow can be enjoyed both inside and outside all year round, as it offers all the comfort you would expect.
The back patio gives access to the communal areas, as well as to the wonderful communal pool, absolutely recommended to visit and enjoy.
Cots and high chairs are available. Please let us know when booking. Cot and high chair will be provided on request only.
Discounts are available at the Salobre Golf Resort and Anfi Tauro Golf courses.

From the house you can walk to the lighthouse of Maspalomas along the wonderful promenade of Las Meloneras, where you will find the best restaurants in the south of Gran Canaria. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away.
In front of the flat there is free parking available at all times.
This property is located in a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.

Super propriété propre, confortable et pratique.
Piscine privée au top.
Piscine commune spacieuse mais pas chauffée, ayant été en décembre, elle devait être à une vingtaine de degrés.
Maison très bien située à 2 pas de la plage de Meloneras et quelques kilomètres, largement faisable à pied des dunes de Maspalomas et de son phare.
Emplacement idéal sur l'île au niveau météo, il y fait bon toute l'année, 23 voir 24°, ressenti 25-26.
Le propriétaire est toujours disponible, quelque soit la demande.
Petite touche très sympathique de sa part, à notre arrivée une bouteille de vin rouge offerte puis à Noël une bouteille de pétillant.
Je recommande fortement l'endroit pour tous ces points énumérés.

Das Haus ist modern, sauber und gut gelegen.
Es entspricht den Fotos im Internet.
Ideal für 2-4 Personen.
Wir waren zu zweit, für 9 Tage dort.
Fußläufig entfernt ist der Playa Meloneras Strand mit einigen Restaurants in einem halbverlassenem Einkaufszentrum und ein Mercadona Supermarkt.
Das Haus liegt direkt gegenüber dem Eingang des H10 Hotels.
Mit Geräuschen bei der An-und Abreise der Urlauber muss gerechnet werden, sind aber nicht sehr störend.
Ich empfehle das Haus weiter und würde es wieder buchen.
