Just 25 minutes from Murcia Airport or just over an hours drive from Alicante. Privately owned family villa in La Manga Club with Wifi, 20 yards from one of the nine El Rancho pools, which has a separate children's paddling pool. The villa on two floors is spacious and airy with easy access.It is child friendly with a lot of equipment provided free of charge.Please see list below. There are no steep steps to the villa and parking is virtually adjacent to the villa.Full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer months and heated in winter.The villa is 5 minutes from nearby Bars and Restaurants and 10-15 minutes walk from the Tennis Centre.The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/1 cloakroom. The large extended terrace, with an awning over the table, has views of the Mar Menor's beach in the distance. We do ask that smoking is only on the terraces and not inside. Pets are not allowed.

Childrens equipment is provided free of charge: IWe provide two travel cots with proper matresses ,stair gates, a high chair, booster seats, steam steriliser, listening monitor,bed guards,plastic plates and cutlery,potties, bath mats,changing mat and pool toys . There are DVD's and games for all ages.The supermarket in the Club and locally all have nappies and baby food/milk.
