+ Cudowna lokalizacja, dostęp do internetu, prywatny parking, przemiły kot właścicieli, piętrowy apartament.
- Stosunek właścicieli do gości (zdecydowanie). Właściciele to starsze małżeństwo, które rozpoczęło naszą znajomość od pukania w regulamin, ostrzeżeniami aby nie szurać, trzaskać drzwiami - ogólnie nie oddychać, a zakończyło znajomość gruntownym sprawdzeniem apartamentu. Czuliśmy się jak rasowi złodzieje którzy nie mają co robić i wyjeżdżają na wakacje okradać biednych Chorwatów. Duża ilość prywatnych rzeczy właścicieli w szafkach, szafach ogólnie w apartamencie, których nie powinno tam być. Brak możliwości wyrzucenia śmieci (właściciele nie posiadają kubła lub nie chcą go udostępnić), Śmieci trzeba wywozić własnym samochodem do zbiorczego kontenera ok 550 m od kwatery. Niewiarygodna prowizja (50% ceny apartamentu) dla booking.com lub adriatic.hr ponieważ do końca nie wiemy u kogo zamawialiśmy kwatery. Naszym zdaniem prowizja jest niemoralna, skandaliczne wygórowana i zupełnie nieuprawniona. Dlatego stosunek jakości do ceny oceniamy tak nisko skoro, właściciele otrzymują 50% zapłaconych przez nas pieniędzy - jeśli jest inaczej niech agencja ustosunkuje się do tego. Brak możliwości podłączenie własnego dekodera TV (antena na sztywno ustawiona na Eutelsata).

Der vermietete ober Teil des Privathauses ist sympatisch, gemütlich (1 bisschen konservqtiv), liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Schlazimmer sind prima und die Betten auch.
Das Beste sind der grosse Balkon und die grosse Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick quf die Meeresbucht.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und liebenswert und hilfsbereit.
Die Nähe zu dem 4*Hotel "Life", mit vorzüglichem Restaurant vorteilhaft.
Wir waren allerdings sehr erstaunt über die hohen Vermittlungskosten von ihrer Agentur, ADRIATIC, die 50 % beträgt!!!
