In a small hamlet surrounded by nature (forest of oaks), facing the island of Giraglia, northern tip of Corsica, independent house converted into 2 accommodations: 1 cottage of 55 m2 for 1 to 5 people and 1 cottage 45 m2 for 1 to 2 people (possibly a 3rd person in independent mezzanine and air-conditioned.) The cottages can be rented together or separately. Each accommodation has a garden area, with barbecue, and sea views (4 km away). The Corsican Cape is an original and authentic region, combining sea and mountain. It enjoys a protected and protected environment, away from mass tourism. Ideal for lovers of nature and tranquility. Beautiful diversity of seaside: pebble beach, fine sand, and rocky coast accessible to swimming. Numerous hiking trails that can be practiced all year long, including a renowned customs trail, managed by the Conservatoire du littoral, linking Macinaggio to Centuri.
We are at the northern tip of Corsica.
What distinguishes our house is above all its positioning and the conditions of its environment. Located in the Northeast, given the narrowness of Cap Corse, it enjoys the rising sun and is at the limit of the setting sun. It is in a rural and wooded environment, at the end of a tiny hamlet of 6 houses, where the impression of calm and tranquility strikes the visitor. Finally, it is in a marriage atmosphere between sea and mountains, which also characterizes the entire Cape Corsica.
Former grocery store of the village closed in 1934, and renovated in 2 gites in 2005. Small rustic house with "positive waves" according to many tenants!
