Environments: the apartment has a double bedroom, a room with two single beds (the room can also serve as a bed), a bathroom with shower, hair dryer and washing machine, a kitchen and living room. The kitchen is complete with pots, dishes, freezer, TV and everything you need to cook typical Sicilian dishes. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning / heating, very clean, well finished and attention to detail.
The location is perfect for beach lovers looking to privacy is of tranquility. The apartment is located in the heart of Castellammare del Golfo.
PARKING: e 'can leave the house as you can see from the photos there is no parking problems.

L’appartamento e’ ben arredato e molto pulito. Il proprietario e’ stato molto disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze e a consigliarci dove cenare. Punto strategico per arrivare in centro (a piedi) e a pochi minuti di macchina alle spiagge. Lo consigliamo sicuramente.

Tornati da poco ,abbiamo soggiornato per 11 gg. il nostro commento e' positivo.
consigliamo questo appartamento-corrisponde alle foto del sito ,e' pulito e funzionale e dotato di tutti i comfort .Posizione ottimale,si arriva senza problemi con le indicazioni precise e dettagliate del proprietario Salvatore,persona gentilissima davvero,e' stato prodigo di consigli e molto disponibile.Unico problema con acqua calda ma subito risolto,per cui un'ottima accoglienza e attenzione al cliente.
Consigliamo questo appartamento per la vicinanza al centro del paese e alle spiagge.per noi e' stato anche un sicuro punto di riferimento e strategico per visitare la Sicilia occidentale.Buon compromesso fra prezzo bellezza del paesaggio e delle spiagge.Castellamare del Golfo,paese tranquillo ma con servizi e divertimenti ,pieno di scale...scale...scale...discese e salite che ci rimarranno per sempre nel cuore......Laura e Silverio

Appartamento nuovissimo, spazioso, pulito, dotato di tutti i confort e a pochi passi dal centro.
La posizione è ottima anche per chi, come noi, lo utilizza come punto di appoggio per visitare le bellezze del posto come Scopello, la riserva dello Zingaro, Segesta, Erice, Trapani e Favignana. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile nel fornirci le indicazioni sui luoghi di maggior interesse e su come raggiungerli oltre che sui ristoranti della zona. Mi sento sicuramente di consigliarlo agli amici.
