Great and spacious apartment with a truly spectacular view. Very good location, close to Canteras beach and also to playa el Confital. Many restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. Check in and communication with the host Octavio was very smooth. I can definitely recommend this place!

Really comfortable spacious apartment, even better than in the pictures. We liked the fully equipped kitchen that we mostly used for breakfast, but occasionally we also felt like preparing our own dinner at home.
At night we liked to close the blinds in the ocean-side bedroom, but leave the window a bit open to fall asleep while hearing the waves.
It’s a short walk (about 10 min when walking slowly) to the Las Canteras beach and there’s another small beach in the opposite direction (which we discovered on our last day‘s walk, maybe someone wants to check it out).
There are some good restaurants close by (visible from the ocean-side windows) and a small supermarket just across the next crossroads.
Octavio was a great host, he waited for us on arrival and was very helpful with any questions we had (communication via WhatsApp). We would like to say thank you to Octavio for a really nice stay at his vacation home and we would recommend it in case some friends are looking for a nice place to stay in Las Palmas

Freundlicher und flexibler Empfang, gute Lage um zu Fuß zum Stand und in diverse Restaurants zu kommen. Überdurchschnittliches Bemühen der Eigner Probleme zu beheben.
