Extended Suites Saltillo Galerías

I Love the privacy at the hotel. Specially that the hotel has Security in the Parking Lot.

The hotel is hidding. Is kind of complicated with the UPS specially if night driving.

Location was good, walkable to the Galerías mall and only a 20min drive to downtown Saltillo. The room was great especially for the price. Staff was very friendly and we were able to get an iron and ironing board to use free of charge.

Despite being an extended stay hotel there was no microwave, cook top, cups, plates, bowls, or utensils to cook or eat in the room

The room was large. The bed and linens were comfortable.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. When I called the front desk, they told me I had to come and get it! The staff was not friendly or helpful at all. People were waiting for the breakfast to be ready and the staff made no effort.

Pool looked nice, even if it was unused during the time I stayed.

I was disappointed. My niece told me it was a good value. Unfortunately, the first room they offered me on the 3rd floor smelled unpleasant as soon as I walked in the door -- like old, male sweat permeating the air. I asked for a different room. They then put me on the 1st floor, where it was slightly better when I walked in. After I'd unpacked and settled in, I turned on the airconditioner. That's when the same smell of sweat rushed out of the AC. Then when I pulled back the bed covers, the same smell of sweat seemed to come from the bed. It was grossly unpleasant to sleep on a bed that smelled, even if there was a layer of "clean" sheets over the smelly mattress. Also was surprised they charged for coffee from their coffee machine in the front lobby. I left a day earlier than I had paid for. No refund for the last unused day was allowed.
