Designed and fully renovated by our in-house Studio team, this Palermo SoHo apartment is where every detail was chosen with one goal: that you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, and the balcony opens to quiet views of the neighborhood. Palermo SoHo is Buenos Aires at its most alive: tree-lined streets, design boutiques, wine bars and some of the city's best restaurants all within walking distance. Weekend farmers markets, rooftop terraces and the green expanse of the parks are part of daily life here. Before your arrival, we'll share a QR code to access the building entrance and a numeric code to unlock the apartment door directly — no keys, no waiting, no coordination needed. A 40m² studio fully redesigned by the Welcome2BA Studio team. The space is organized around a queen bed (or 2 twin beds), an integrated living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a complete bathroom. A private balcony with open views completes the layout. The building includes rooftop pool, gym, sauna and laundry facilities — all available exclusively to registered guests.
The apartment is located 5 blocks from a subway station (Line D), connecting you directly to the city center and other key neighborhoods. Palermo SoHo is highly walkable — most restaurants, cafés and parks are reachable on foot. Taxis and ride-share apps are available around the clock throughout the city.

Great location, could walk anywhere in Palermo Soho/Hollywood and right near a lot of buses/subte. Everything looked like the pictures and the host was quick to respond to any questions through WhatsApp. Great apartment, would stay there again!

Overall good experience, the property was in a very good location very close to restaurants/public transit. Unit was located on the back side of the building so the balcony wasn't facing the street (bonus for quietness), however there was some construction next door during the day (hard to avoid in a big city), but overall wasn't bad. Apartment was clean and perfect size, no issues with the internet, and the rooftop was nice for relaxing. Wanted to point out a hairdryer is supplied (I brought my own and it was unnecessary hah). Check in was easy. Check out was a little unclear in what I was supposed to do since I didn't get any prior instructions - I just returned the key to the lockbox where I retrieved it, easy enough (note this could have been because it was during a holiday) and that seemed to be fine. Would recommend staying here!
