AguilasBeachhouse, Registered as Holiday Accommodation: Air Conditioning, Electric Heating ,Wi-Fi Fibre 1Gb .. Urban House 115 m² , two doors with direct access for the beach of Poniente, with a Blue Flag beach (highest beach quality ranking), 2 terraces.
Ground Floor: has a kitchen, living room, dining room , bathroom with shower, bedroom with two single beds.
1st Floor: terrace with awning, table with 4 chairs and 2 very comfortable loungers to read or relax in Winter and Summer while enjoying the Mediterranean, as if you were on the deck of boat.
Living Room with Air Conditioning, Electric Chimney, Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix ,main bedroom (queen size bed) with air conditioning, bathroom with bath and shower.
2nd Floor: 52m² Solarium terrace to see the stars, moon, sunsets and sundowns which are unique and different everyday. On one side the Meditarrenean sea , on the other; the mountains of Murcia. This ample solarium will give you some unforgettable panoramic views and a lovely sea breeze.
The terrace has an Electric Princess Grill to cook, a table with 6 chairs, parasol/umbrella , 4 loungers, a table for appetizers and drinks, plants and a sink with running water.
Very relaxed area for families with children. A 16th Century Castle to visit, Train Museum, Roman Baths, all theses are nearby in the town and most are free or inexpensive to visit.Summer carnival show and concerts and entertainment throughout the summer. Air-conditioning, heating, electric chimney, HD TV, Smart TV, Netflix English, German, French..etc. Internet Wi-Fi (1GB)

I want to offer my thoughts on this location. Would we stay here again? I think we would. The location is great and the home is nice. Pros: Luis and Majorie were great. Accessible and responsive- thanks so much. The space was nice, the location with the beach, the walkway, the park gym next door were all great. The decks were awesome, appliances all worked, we had Netflix. The home was clean and smelled clean. The bedrooms were dark in the morning although the beds were pretty firm. There’s a grocery store a short walk away. Coffee stuff was provided and the home felt secure. Cons: it was a bit loud at times with street noise and nearby construction. It isn’t stand alone and is sandwiched between 2 other properties which was also a bit noisy when they were working on one side. And the other side had a smoker (had to close windows so smoke wouldn’t come in) and the smoker would cough every morning until they left. Kinda gross. There were tiny ants in the kitchen- quite a lot of them. The shower downstairs is tiny which wasn’t great. The water isn’t great so you need to buy water. As I say, the bed was too firm for my liking. I was going to put the air conditioning down as a negative but it does work you just need to take the time to figure it out. A heads up- this is a 3 story home with quite steep and narrow steps. If mobility is an issue it may not be a good choice. Overall we enjoyed it and would likely use again if the opportunity arose. It was the 2nd time we rented this house. Again we had an excellent stay. Location is great, right at the beach and superb views from the terraces. Hosts Luis and Marga are most kind and make you feel welcome and at home.

A wonderful warm welcome on arrival from Luis the owner of the Beach house, who could not do enough for us.It was all we expected and more, we never tired of the views , and especially having the beach at the back door.Paul and Mireille, the caretakers were very friendly and helpful if we needed anything.The location was great, enabling us to walk to restaurants, and the we used were, El Tiburon, very Spanish, little English spoken, no problems ordering. Pecado, very modern food, different, but worth a visit.Frankfurt, very busy and lively at the weekends, but still good service.Our favorite restaurant was El Faro, welcoming, good service and excellent seafood.We plan to return to the Beach house next year.Sally & Barry Cornwall UK
