Room for 4 people was actually an appartement with two separated rooms with shared bathroom. Ok for that price and last minute booking for one night.
Stuff didn’t speak English.

It was very reasonably priced. The bedroom was partitioned with a sliding door between one double bed and the two others. The place was clean.
It looks like it was meant to be a better hotel but under renovations and someone stopped halfway. It very much feels like it's not finished, or very old.
