5 room apartment: 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 double and 1 160 each equipped with a sofa bed; 1 modern bathroom with spa bath, walk-in shower and jetted column waterfall and hanging toilet, all in high-end services. 1 fully equipped kitchen, with stunning sea views, open 1 living beautifully light and airy, including 1 veranda with a panoramic view!
The kitchen features a large center island that seats 8 people and is fully equipped with new appliances (washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, pyrolytic oven, fridge / freezer, hob induction).
The apartment has many integrated and practical storage and has been completely renovated with care.
The residence "feet in the water" with direct and private access to the beach. It has a pool in the heart of the residence with direct sea views and a private concierge.
ideal location for holidays optimized comfort and neat, close to shops and activities (1.5 km from the residence).
The rate is for renting the entire apartment for 4 people or less than 4 people.
A surcharge applies for anyone over 4 with a maximum of 6 people in all.

I ask holidaymakers to be respectful of the condition and cleanliness of the apartment;
Leave it clean, dishes washed and stowed, used linen gathered in one place;
the cleaning included in the price is that much more carefully done to accommodate the following tenants.
On arrival: a deposit of 90,00 € will be required for the end of stay cleaning with the deposit of 1500,00 € for the rental.

The apartment is beautiful, modern, and clean, and the owners very lovely and helpful. It is very comfortable with tremendous views over the beach. The lovely pool is just outside. It is just a very short walk to the beach which is clean, with soft sand, and safe swimming. Beach bars and restaurants are close by. Supermarkets are a 20min walk away if you don't have a car. Very good selection from Super U and Lidl. Highly recommend this property for a chilled out holiday.

L'appartement est superbe, clair, lumineux, moderne, et très bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire et même plus. Il ne manque aucun détail.
L'appartement est très bien situé : accès direct à la plage et seulement à quelques minutes du centre ville.
Et en plus l'accueil est très sympathique.
Tout cela a contribué à ce que nous y passions des vacances excellentes. Merci !
