Our spacious 3600 sqft home has a great open floor plan with high ceilings and a detached guest casita that sits on an oversized lot. Its tucked away behind the prestigious gates of Montage at Santa Rosa, an excellent location bordering La Quinta & Indio. From the front door, enjoy just a mile walk or bike ride to the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Inside and out, our property features Tuscany-Mediterranean architecture with custom exterior stone-work and unique travertine stone floors. Cook for all your family and friends in the chef's kitchen using an array of well-appointed utensils, five burner cooking range, and double oven. The cabinets are thoroughly stocked with enough dinnerware for inside and outside entertaining. Enjoy either Direct TV or ROKU Streaming on one of our five HD flat-screen televisions. The master suite offers a Tempur-Pedic sleep experience with virtually unlimited ergonomic positions and rejuvenating massage, all controlled by wireless remote. All bathrooms are well appointed with plenty of towels, linens, and other amenities.
The backyard is a unique experience that offers a very private pool surrounded by a tranquil Tuscan vibe. This house was a perfect fit for our 3 families with attendees from ages 3 to 75. It was well equipped both inside and out. Matt was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely recommend this property.

This house was perfect for a multi-generational family holiday. We had ten people and it never once felt crowded. The multiple spaces for gathering were perfect! The house was spotless, linens were good, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and wifi was excellent.
Matthew was very responsive as we had a few issues with appliances not working. After immediately sending out a repair person for the freezer we realized the next morning that the temporary 'fix' didn't hold. Within just a few hours, Matthew had a temporary fridge delivered to the garage so we didn't lose all the food we had just purchased for the week. Due to the storms, the outdoor fridge was not working, however they did attempt to repair during our stay.
The only downside to this property was the noise. After reading the reviews and the specifications under rental, we were under the impression it was a very quiet neighborhood. In fact, we were told we couldn't even play music by the pool. So that's what we planned for and prepared our teens for. However, we were likely the only house in the immediate area NOT playing music during the day. It didn't become an issue until later in the evenings, when surrounding neighbors kept the parties going well into the night. There were four of our seven nights where we were kept awake by parties at other rentals until 1am or later.

This is our 2nd stay at this house in the last 2 years. We have gone with our family with 2 kids along with another family. Matthew is so responsive with anything you need before, during and after your stay. So many small touches …well stocked kitchen with all appliances and utensils, plenty of towels in and out and comfortable rooms/ beds. We will definitely be back for another stay!

We spent a weekend in April at this home. There were 10 of us -- 5 adult couples. We loved this home. Plenty of space for all of us, a large, open kitchen to enjoy time together. A great backyard with a side BBQ area, nice sized pool & jacuzzi, plenty of shade with umbrellas and shaded couch and dining area. Plenty of areas to get some sun too! Also the indoor pool table was fantastic.Management was great...very good communication. Helpful and available at ANY time. We were able to communicate via phone, text or VRBO and we would get an immediate response. Gated community lends some privacy to the area.Location is close to golf, massage, restaurants, etc. Great time to go as weather was perfect!
