About this house rental
This home is all about location! It is the second home in the community just steps from the clubhouse, restaurants and lakefront. Vacation living doesn't get any better than this! A four-bedroom, three full-bath home plus den that sits on the 18th fairway of the golf course. Over 3,000 square feet (with more space in the lower level) there's room for everyone to gather or to spread out.
Other features of the home include two fireplaces, large deck with Weber gas grill, big garage, basement has combination pool table and ping pong. The home has two furnaces/AC for zoned heating/cooling. Handicap accessibility: One step at the front door. There is a den on the main floor with a pull-out queen sofa bed. First floor bath does have a tub/shower combination.
Abbey Springs features two pools (indoor and outdoor), an award-winning scenic golf course, three restaurants, fitness center, racquetball, tennis, Bocce ball, volleyball, basketball and private beach access to the lake.
The rental rate includes the fees payable to the Abbey Springs Association for access to all of their recreational amenities (except golf which has a separate green fee).
The home is located 1.5 miles from downtown Fontana and 8.5 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. In Fontana you can rent a speed boat or pontoon, parasail or hang out on the dock of Chuck's Lakeshore Inn and Gordy's Bar & Grill. Downtown Lake Geneva (15-20 minutes) is home to terrific restaurants and boutique shopping. There is also a public lake-shore path that you can access from the Abbey Springs private beach to enjoy the beautiful homes and lake views.

House was great with wonderful location close to the lake, golf, restaurants etc. Karl was terrific with clear communication and helpful. The house was better than we saw online…..great family visit.
