Excelente alojamiento, todas las facilidades, cocina totalmente equipada y amplia, aire acondicionado, baño amplio, con lavadora, tender, plancha, artículos de limpieza e higiene, cámara y sillón muy cómodos, nos recibió con dos botellas de agua y chocolates. muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa y calle peatonal con muchos restaurantes y bares, también está cerca de la parada de bus para ir a la ciudad antigua en pocos minutos.

La conectividad wifi en la habitación a veces se perdía.

**Pros:** The location was excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of nearby shops and facilities. The host was responsive throughout our stay and communicated promptly whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which we really appreciated. The complimentary instant coffee and welcome juice were also a thoughtful touch. Providing a microwave and a coffee machine would further improve the overall guest experience.

**What could be improved:** After checking in, we found hairs of different lengths on both beds in the two bedrooms. We took photos immediately and contacted the host that same evening. The host promptly brought us clean replacement bed sheets, which we changed ourselves. The host did not request to enter the apartment to inspect or verify the issue. For any accommodation, cleanliness is the most fundamental and important aspect, especially the hygiene of the bed linen, as it is directly related to guests' health and overall stay experience. For this reason, we were very disappointed by what we found. We later reported the issue to Booking.com. After reviewing the case, Booking.com offered us partial compensation for the inconvenience. However, the property maintained that there had been no cleanliness issue, so we were ultimately unable to reach an agreement on this matter. Everything described above reflects our genuine experience during this stay. We sincerely hope the property will strengthen its housekeeping procedures and carry out more thorough inspections before guests arrive to prevent similar situations in the future. Apart from the cleanliness issue, we were satisfied with the location, the host's communication, and the overall convenience of the property. A few tips for future guests:​ If you need to catch a flight, we strongly recommend arranging your transportation in advance. Ride-hailing apps can involve long waiting times, and if you cannot get a ride through the app, you may have better luck finding a taxi at the designated taxi stand near the beach.​ If you plan to visit the nearby islands, be sure to check the ferry schedules in advance, especially on Sundays, when there are significantly fewer departures. Planning ahead will make your trip much smoother.
