Passable

- location - fine distance to the beach, beach bar, restaurants, shops, the center, - pool - water temperature was fine, - the apartment had a nice kitchen area with dining table with enough chairs for everybody (6 people) and a nice terrace (upper apartment).

- there was 6 of us but we only had 5 pillows, - during check-in it was not explained where / how we obtain the pillow cases and duvet covers so we had to go back from the apartment to the reception to ask, - the floor in one of the bedrooms was not very well cleaned, I suppose the cleaning was done by the previous guests, - the worst part of our stay was the parking for our 2nd car. One car parked in a garage for free. We asked about free parking options at the agency and we were advised that we could leave the 2nd car at the parking lot by the Lunapark. Our friend left the car there since the beginning of our stay. However, we were not informed that there is a local market on Tuesday so all cars which are not re-parked from that parking lot would be towed! As we were leaving on Friday, we have found out that our 2nd car was towed and we had to pay the penalty at the police station 36 EUR plus at the towing company for 4 days 130 EUR!!! You do not wish your vacation to end like this, obviously. During check-out we asked for a compensation at the agency, they said there were signs at the parking lot as their excuse. Yes, but the text on the sign was so tiny that my senior friend who parked the car there could not even read it. The person at the agency refused to provide me with the manager's contact details (nor phone, nor email, nor name....). When I requested the business card from other lady in the agency, suddenly it was possible. So dear Mr. Luca Zanello, it would be great if your employees would inform the guests about such important things as local market due to which the guests MUST RE-PARK their car! Nobody even apologized. I wanted to provide overall a good score but this really made us very angry.

I am not sure what rating to give because on one side it was lovely accomodation with garden , pool , garage close to beach and the person in agency was very nice but we were robbed at night while sleeping. Its kinda our fault because we forgot to lock the door but this is not south central LA is it now? For those who read this make sure you lock the thick door . I dont think the agency will warn you as they will have bad name that this is happening there. I think the tiefs are coming back because they succeed and I am sure this was not first time there.

Everything was great lovely accomodation , garden and pool , until someone broke into out apartment and took our stuf. They broke in during night while we were sleeping and went to all rooms also where my 7m and 3y old daughters were sleeping with us , took bags wallets etc. we noticed next morning and found opened bags and wallets in front of apparment. only cash was stolen with 2 pairs of expensive sunglasses. they didnt take electronics. we found out that the same night this tiefs broke into other apartment next to us where also family with kids were sleeping. this was really scary experience, thinking what else could happend =( I love bibione but we are not coming back.

Apartment Bibione

Nice pool and pool area with the best sunbeds (but the pool was closed between 13-15, weird and annoying). Nice apartment with aircon and nice sunblinds.. Nice with Fridge with Freezer and washing machine didn't mis anything.

The apartment, has no nearby reception.. The female receptionist was talking so fast and silent, and weared mouth cover, it was so difficult to understand her English, when whe asked again, she gets annoyed and repeats even faster and unclear again.They demanded a deposit of 100euro cash, when we wanted to clean the apartment ourselves,witch we didnt have,at that moment (they won't accept Mastercard payment for that),she pointed, there is a cash machine in the wrong direction, i came back and she pointed the other way, (Seems to be a "moneymaker" with the deposit double price of the cleaning itself) because we wanted to clean ourselves (price for cleaning 50euro) We was there 2nights. And left the apartment cleaner than we received it.

Overall good, with some caveats.

Overall it was good. Location was fine, shops nearby, beach walking distance(around 1km). BTW the beach to which we got access to was the Bibione Spiaggia one, which is not the closest. The Pool was good.

Internet connection was quite bad. Continuously disconnecting, had to reconnected quite often. And the most terrible was the limit of only 2 connected devices. Who has only two devices these days? If you are planing to stay here, I strongly recommend bringing your own wifi hotspot device. One of the walls had some damage from Humidity, which was obviously not in photos. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind if you have small children. One last thing i did not like was the fact that you had to bring your own(or rent) blankets, bedsheets and pillow cases. you might say that this is a way to keep the cost lower, but, i just think it was a way to keep spendings lower for the owner of the complex.

Great location, perfect for a family holidays

Our apartment was clean, had everything we needed, kitchen well equipped, just enough to prepare simple meals. Swimming pool area was cleaned every morning and well maintained. Super safe for kids with shallow and deep parts separated. Small playground can entertain younger kids. Underground car park was a lifesaver during the heat. 10 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the main street with restaurants and shops, 15 min walk to the local market.

Bring your own dishwashing liquid, sponge and cloth as there were none. Don’t forget about toilet paper supply as we received only one roll. We’ve ordered sets of bed linen and they were supplied, but we had to do the beds ourselves.

A very relaxing and enjoyable week.

Excellent location close to the town and the beach. Nice terrace to eat meals on. TV had kids channels for indoor times. Pool was lovely and well staffed. Bedrooms comfortable.

Kitchen needs more equipment: No plug in the sink, no board to chop food on, no washing up liquid, no dish cloths. Very minor things but would have made life easier if we’d had them.

Fajna lokalizacja i dobry standard

Przestronny klimatyzowanym apartament w niezłej lokalizacji, kilka minut od plaży, deptaka z restauracjami, kawiarniami i sklepami. Lodówka mocno chłodzi, jak przestawi się ją na max, to woda potrafi zamarznąć. Trochę brakuje worków na śmieci do kosza (trzeba dokupić), była też tylko jedna rolka papieru toaletowego. Fajny basen z brodzikiem, na jednym z balkonów stolik i krzesełka, idealne do spożywania posiłków. Pełne wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego. Wygodne łóżka.

W zasadzie wszystko OK. Jedynie Wi-Fi ograniczone do max trzech urządzeń w jednym czasie.

Az apartman medencéje egyedül ami értékelhető. A vize tiszta volt, környéke rendezett, napozóágyak tiszták. Csak sajnos korán bezárták mindennap.

A konyhaszekrény dohos volt, penészes falak mindenhol. A padló koszos, az ágyak kényelmetlenek. A francia ágy lábai repedtek, a keret majdnem összedőlt. Ablakok koszosak, a zuhanykabint a szigetelő szalag fogta össze. A WC-tartály egyfolytában folyatott. Emeletes ágy hossza rövid, mozgott, nem volt biztonságos alvásra. A falak annyira vékonyak, hogy a szomszéd gurulós bőröndjét is hallani lehetett. Sajnos nagy csalódás volt számunkra. :( Megbántam, hogy ide foglaltam szállást, főleg kisgyerekkel. Ár érték arányban szörnyű.

Schönes Familienresort

Die Lage der Residenz ist top. Ans Meer führt ein kurzer Fußweg, man muss nur ein Stück an einer wenig befahrenen Straße entlang. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, der Pool ebenso. Das ist mit Kindern optimal, sie können sich auf dem ganzen Grundstück frei bewegen und spielen. Der Pool ist sehr gut, wird täglich gereinigt. Die Agentur hat außerdem einen top Hausmeisterservice und ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben Sonntag Mittag gemeldet, dass die Klimaanlage keine kalte Luft bringt und eine Stunde später wurde das behoben. Das ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist sehr gut, das erlebt man in Bibione meist anders.

- Die Austattung ist teilweise sehr mager. Es gab bei uns keine Pfanne und Besteck etc waren sehr knapp bemessen. - Wir hatten für 6 Personen gebucht, davon ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten. Das dritte Bett im Zimmer war ein kleines zugestelltes Klappbett. Das war in der Beschreibung nirgends ersichtlich. - Die Mittagspause in der der Pool geschlossen wird geht von 13 Uhr bis 15:30. Um 20 Uhr ist dann auch wieder Ende. Das erschien uns sehr restriktiv.

Wohnung hätte mehr Potenzial

Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool und kleinem Spielplatz, kurze Wege zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool sowie die ganze Anlage selbst ist mit einem Zaun umgeben, so dass Kleinkinder sicher sind.

Die Residence Brenta scheint zweigeteilt zu sein, zumindest pflegt der Gärtner nicht die Außenanlagen der orangenen Häuser in denen unsere Wohnung war. Der Müll bei dem Grill wurde die ganze Woche nicht geleert. Die Wohnung selbst würde auch mal wieder ein bisschen Liebe vertragen. Alles wirkt bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wild zusammengestellt und unvollständig (Bsp: Keine Pfanne, Besteck uneinheitlich, keine eigene Sonnenliege bei Wohnung 22, Wäscheständer mit kaputter Strebe). Die Agentur verweist darauf, dass sie sich um alles kümmern würden, wenn man ihnen Bescheid gibt. Es wäre jedoch die Aufgabe der Agentur selbst regelmäßig nach den Wohnungen zu schauen. Tiefgarage aufgrund steiler Abfahrt nicht für Autos mit geringem Böschungswinkel geeignet.
