- location - fine distance to the beach, beach bar, restaurants, shops, the center,
- pool - water temperature was fine,
- the apartment had a nice kitchen area with dining table with enough chairs for everybody (6 people) and a nice terrace (upper apartment).
- there was 6 of us but we only had 5 pillows,
- during check-in it was not explained where / how we obtain the pillow cases and duvet covers so we had to go back from the apartment to the reception to ask,
- the floor in one of the bedrooms was not very well cleaned, I suppose the cleaning was done by the previous guests,
- the worst part of our stay was the parking for our 2nd car. One car parked in a garage for free. We asked about free parking options at the agency and we were advised that we could leave the 2nd car at the parking lot by the Lunapark. Our friend left the car there since the beginning of our stay. However, we were not informed that there is a local market on Tuesday so all cars which are not re-parked from that parking lot would be towed! As we were leaving on Friday, we have found out that our 2nd car was towed and we had to pay the penalty at the police station 36 EUR plus at the towing company for 4 days 130 EUR!!! You do not wish your vacation to end like this, obviously. During check-out we asked for a compensation at the agency, they said there were signs at the parking lot as their excuse. Yes, but the text on the sign was so tiny that my senior friend who parked the car there could not even read it. The person at the agency refused to provide me with the manager's contact details (nor phone, nor email, nor name....). When I requested the business card from other lady in the agency, suddenly it was possible. So dear Mr. Luca Zanello, it would be great if your employees would inform the guests about such important things as local market due to which the guests MUST RE-PARK their car! Nobody even apologized.
I wanted to provide overall a good score but this really made us very angry.
