Room with pentry, separate entrance, no cardpayment

Tv 4 fanns inte. Det är ju inte Marklunds längre så vi förstår varför det inte fanns.

Bra kommunikation med ägarna, fint och städat. Allt vi behövde fanns. Trevligt med väldigt nära till sjön. Smidigt med in och utcheckning. Familjevänligt.

Everything was clean and spotless! The location was very nice! Very close to Gränna but also 30 seconds walk to the lake! It is underground floor room so it might be a bit cold but there are heaters so no worries!

Good location, if you have a car, with a small washer and dryer and soap! The washer takes 2 hours and the dryer takes 3. The room is in a finished basement area with a separate entrance so you have plenty of privacy. The bed is large and there is a pullout sofa that is a 7/10 out of comfort for the sofa. Some of the appliances like the tea kettle could be updated and the sofa was a little stained. But everything seemed clean.

I would have given this place a much better review if not for two things. One, they want cash or a bank transfer! No where in the Booking.com information do they specify this. They only notified us of this after I made the reservation. Since I am traveling without data or cell service, I did not know until I showed up on their front porch. Cash is almost absolute in Sweden. We wasted half a day in Granna trying to get cash. The Bankomat (atm) would not take our credit card because it doesn’t have a pin code. It was such a hassle and wasted so much of our precious time. If the tobacco shop owner hadn’t taken pity on us, I don’t know what we would have done. They should specify this in Booking. Two, the listing specifies they have private onsite parking, but they had us park our rental car on the public street in front of their house. The car was fine, but this is not what was advertised.
