Our villa is located in a quiet area at the 'platin' renowned for its tranquility (dead end street) and direct access to the beach (50 to 100 m). The villa is comfortable and has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 SDS, 1 large covered terrace. SAINT SEA PALACE is a family seaside resort to the practice of all water sports and golf (18 holes) and
riding 1.5 km. The vineyards of Bordeaux and its famous wines in the world is 10 km (access by ferry from Royan).

Maison spacieuse et très bien située, dans un quartier arboré et très calme. On peut se baigner à la plage toute proche à marée montante ou haute. Une autre plage est accessible à pied. Peut-être un fil à linge dans le jardin pourrait-il être ajouté ? Très bon accueil. Belle vue sur la mer et les pins.

La maison est très grande et fonctionnelle, et les 2 terrasses sont très agréables. La décoration années 70 aurait besoin d'être modernisée pour rendre cette maison encore plus appréciable. Le cadre est magnifique et l'environnement paisible. 2 choses à savoir cependant : la plage du Platin, très belle, n'est pas surveillée et est dangereuse à marée basse (rochers coupants). Baignade possible seulement à marée haute. Les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur la terrasse des voisins, ce qui occasionne des nuisances sonores lorsque l'on souhaite dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.
