About this house rental
Elegant house on three levels with terrace located in Mazzarò - Taormina Mare - facing the Isola Bella. In the complex you will find a private condominium parking , a swimming pool for condominium use with sea water open from mid-May to mid-October exactly on the opposite side of Isola Bella, a wonderful rocky beach for exclusive use accessible through an incredible stone staircase and also an elevator built in interior of the rock. The swimming pool and the beach are equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.
The house is on three floors and is composed as follows.
A large living room with dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. Outside the living room you will find a beautiful terrace with a dining table with a spectacular view of Isola Bella.
Two double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower, one on the first floor, connected to the ground floor with a spiral staircase, and one on the ground floor in the opposite part of the living room.
A third double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, on the second floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioners

Giuseppe, the owner of the villa, was extremely helpful. Whenever I had a question or concern he addressed it within minutes. There were a few hiccups during our visit. One being some of ran out of water or hot water during a shower. But it didn’t happen often. The other minor concern was the villa is located on a busy road. But after a few walks to the center we became very adept going to and fro the villa. Would I stay here again…Absolutely! Giuseppe kept the kitchen well supplied with snacks and coffee. It was clean and well maintained. Because of the location getting onto the highways was a snap. I’m leaving out the best part and that are the views. No matter what time of day, it was a postcard setting sitting out on the patio.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful Giuseppe’s place was! He stocked the kitchen with any and everything we could possibly need - he was easy to communicate with and his place was in a fabulous location - would definitely stay here again and thank you Giuseppe for accommodating our family of six with all of our bags!!

It was perfect! Location, comfort, and our host. Giuseppe was the best. Communication great. Very responsive. And the kitchen was the best stocked in my experience.
