The house is located in the central area, less than 50 meters from the square where the main summer shows take place and one minute on foot from the street of the "evening show" (Via del Mare), but at the same time the sleeping area is reserved. and very noisy.
The property is located on the first floor, it is composed of a large living area with living room (where there is a double sofa bed) and a dining room and private kitchen. The living area is connected to a hallway which overlooks a large double bedroom equipped, in addition to a double bed, with a sofa bed, a second double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub with box and bidet. The house is completed by a balcony where you can have lunch. The house is equipped with all comforts: HD satellite and digital terrestrial TV (a sky decoder without card is available), washing machine, a 12,000 btu air conditioner, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hot water, hairdryer, internet line and wifi, free parking a few steps from the property. Complete with sea equipment (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels).
The property is comfortably habitable for 5 people.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa spendida casa nella settimana di Ferragosto. Siamo stati molto bene. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, è accogliente, funzionale, spaziosa, davvero molto pulita con accessori nuovissimi, negli armadi ci sono molti spazi vuoti che consentono agli ospiti di sistemare con agio le proprie cose. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione centrale che consente di fare la spesa e uscire la sera senza prendere la macchina. Sono forniti anche alcuni beni di prima necessità (biancheria di cucina/sale/zucchero/olio/detersivi etc.). I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili a dare informazioni, hanno lasciato parecchia documentazione sulle attrazioni turistiche. Torneremo sicuramente!

La proprietà è praticamente al centro di Villasimius. Vicino alle spiagge e ai diversi market. Ottima per i giovani e le famiglie.

We had a wonderful stay. From the moment the booking was confirmed Stefano kept us updated, provided us with help and local information before our arrival. When we arrived at the apartment they greeted us with all the information we would need for our stay and a lovely food hamper. The apartment was clean, spacious, in a great location and had everything we needed for a brilliant family holiday. There were even toys that our 2 year old son could play with during our stay and a pram that we used. Stefano was easily contactable before and throughout our stay, even sending us suggestions for things to do on a rare rainy day. I would certainly recommend and hope to return ourselves, a week wasn't long enough!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Villasimius in Stefano s apartment (2 adults, 2 children). Stefano with his wife are perfect hosts and very nice people! Stefano responds to every message, every question always immediately!Although we eventually arrived about three hours earlier than originally agreed, it was not a problem and Stefano accommodated us immediately. The apartment was beautifully prepared, really clean. Compared to the photos, there were several improvements! Everything worked as it should. The apartment we chose well thanks to its location close center of city. On the beach we went by car. For evening strolls through the city could take only a few steps....exactly how we wanted!!!We were in Sardegna for fourth time and this was the best accommodations! If we decide to go to Sardinia next year again - we chooses to Stefano!They are the best hosts you could ever hope!Once again many thanks to Orras family!
