About this villa rental
The house, ideal for 2 families of 3-4 people, is located in a private complex, with delimited access and exclusive parking, just 300 meters from the enchanting sea of Porto Cesareo.
(For several families, on request, it is possible to rent an adjacent villa)
The bright, fresh, comfortable villa with well-distributed spaces is spread over two levels, ground floor and first floor, each with its own completely independent sleeping area. All rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning and mosquito nets.
In detail:
on the ground floor there is a welcoming and large living room with sofa / peninsula, TV corner and dining table, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave ...), an independent sleeping area consisting of hallway double bedroom + single bed, bathroom with shower ;
on the first floor we find another sleeping area with a large double bedroom with a terrace overlooking the sea, a bedroom with a bunk bed and an appurtenant balcony, a large bathroom with shower.
The two spacious shaded gardens available to the house, as well as having their own entrance, are furnished:
- on the front as a seating area for pleasant moments of relaxation;
- on the back as a living area for organizing pleasant dinners having a barbecue available, a large work/cooking surface, as well as a comfortable outdoor shower cubicle equipped with hot water.
Being an ideal structure for families, the conveniences and comfort of the little ones could not be missing, including: cot / cradle, high chair, changing table, table and games.
Furthermore, for short journeys or for pleasant walks, guests can take advantage of 6 bicycles at their complete disposal, two of which are equipped with a child seat.
From the location of the structure, numerous services and attractions are easily reachable to diversify the holiday.
For all our guests, bed linen and towels will be provided, included in the holiday package.
For any changes or variations on check-in/check-out, do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa, a cavallo tra giugno e luglio. La casa è nuova, tenuta benissimo. Molto pulita e dotata di ogni cosa abbiate bisogno. comoda e attrezzata anche per chi ha bambini , il proprietario Giuseppe sempre disponibile e gentile ,consigliatissima !!!
Dimenticavo ,mare cristallino con sdraie e ombrellone super!!!

E' il nostro terzo anno di seguito a Porto Cesareo, ospiti del signor De Paolis, e il giudizio e' sempre estremamente positivo. La casa e' perfetta per un gruppo di amici con bambini, vicina al mare ed in ottime condizioni. Al nostro arrivo il checkin e' stato rapido e abbiamo trovato la villa pulitissima e pronta ad accoglierci. Il Lido Tabu' si trova a duecento metri dalla casa ed e' raggiungibile a piedi o usando le biciclette in dotazione all'appartamento. Nota di merito la cucina esterna con barbecue, bellisima, non abbiamo mai cenato in casa!

The ville is very comfortable and fully furnished in a modern and nice way. The property included sunbeds and umbrella on a very trendy beach with wonderful water. The host has been very nice and kind since the beginning. Highly recommended!

Location: Close to beach. But also close to noisy Street. On the opposite side of house half constructed house, medium nice. Into city Centre need to take the car.
Plus: good that sun bed at beach club is included. And Giuseppe very helpful and great during whole stays with tips and help.
