Separate bedroom at lounge/kitchen. Shared balcony and private car parking. Lift to floors and secure door locks.

Needs some tender loving care. Damp in bathroom has made laminate coverings peel round door and walls Wood chip wall covering very dated and apartment overlooks building site.

The bathroom could do with an upgrade and the placement of the bathroom cabinet meant there wasn't space to wash. We were provided with one fan, which was much appreciated but a second one for the other bedroom would have been nice too.

Excellent apartment

Excellent apartment, very clean, about 15 mins on foot to the city centre. I would definitely choose this apartment again.

The owner gave me the key of the inside parking, but I had some problems to unlock the door, so I left my car in front of the building. I saw no sign that parking on that side of the street was not allowed. The next morning I received a fine. Of course, that was my fault, but my advice to other guests is not to repeat my mistake.

Pleasant

The bed was very comfortable and there are plenty of windows. Overall the apartment was quite spacious.

the kitchenette and kitchenware were not the best. If you plan on doing your own cooking I would not recommend this apartment. Everything was cleaned well, but parts of the apartment are due for replacement.

Ok but could be better

The location is great, not too far from the highway. It's big enough for 3-4 people. Easy to pickup the keys. Very quiet.

It's very outdated, the carpets are stained although clean. Old shower too. And curtains in the living room are very clear so to sleep there, don' expect to sleep past 6h30. Let's just say it needs some love or less expensive!

Good choice for Koblenz

The apartment is basic but perfectly serviceable. There is large lounge area with a sofa bed, 2 dining tables, TV and a kitchenette (2 hobs, microwave, small fridge/freezer, sink) and reasonable selection of cutlery. A bedroom with cupboard and a small TV, and in between a toilet with shower and sink. There is also a small balcony off the lounge. The location of the apartment is good, about 20-30 mins walk into the centre of Koblenz, and is area is quieter than we expected. Free parking is behind a locked shutter.

For the money, nothing really, although the bed is a little firm.

The property is located in residential area, which is not that far away from the city center. I'm sure that it's within walking distance and my family did walk to start the travel. Also, one supermarket, Netto, is very close.

Affordable and comfy stay

It is quite an affordable and comfortable stay overall. The apartment was clean. The host answers fast and is organized. The area is safe for both pedestrians and for leaving your car behind. The Altstadt is about a 15 mins walk. Many restaurants and bars there.

The request for parking did not go through so we parked on the street outside the building which was ok but not as secure as the official parking was.

Gemütliches Appartement in zentraler Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit

Das Appartement war geräumig und mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung stand eine kleine Flasche Sekt (am 30.12.) bereit. Die Nutzung der hauseigenen Sauna ist gerade im Winter super. Besonders vorteilhaft ist auch der Parkplatz im Innenhof und die Nähe zur Innenstadt. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder herkommen, wenn wir Koblenz besuchen.

Schöne Tage in Koblenz

Gute Lage. Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell erreichbar. Zur Bushaltestelle geht man nur wenige Minuten. Bett war bequem. Ein Supermarkt (Netto) befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für ein paar Tage an Rhein und Mosel zu empfehlen.

Ausstattung etwas spartanisch, so könnte z.B. etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein. Eine Salatschüssel musste z. B. nachgekauft werden. War bei Woolworth günstig zu bekommen.

Das Appartement hatte alles was man braucht! Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Defekt an einer Steckdose wurde durch die sehr nette Dame im Büro entgegen genommen und zeitnah weitergeleitet und kompetent behoben!

Das Badezimmer etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Eine Möglichkeit Bade- und Handtücher aufzuhängen wäre schön.

Für uns eine gute Lage zum Campingplatz wo wir mit Freunden verabredet waren. Sehr gut war auch,dass es einen Parkplatz gibt.

Die Wohnung liegt im 4 Stock.Sollte man vorher wissen falls jemand nicht gut zu Fuß ist.

Ein gutes Bett. Aussicht über Koblenz. Aufzug. 1 kl. Wein und 2 Port. Kaffee zur Begrüssung. Parkplatz im Hof. Badewanne mit Dusche und Regendusche.

Alte, kaputte, abgeranzte Möbel. 1 schlechtes Bett. Kein TV im "Kinderzimmer". Abgeblätterte Türen. Kaum Kissen, keine Wolldecke im WZ. Keinerlei Info bzgl. ÖPNV, Sehenswürdigkeiten Einkausmöglichkeiten, Restaurants. Keine Spiele oder Bücher.

Bueno para una parada en Coblenza

Para un día, tenía lo necesario, a veces los detalles hablan de la buena predisposición del anfitrión, nos dejaron una botellita para brindar dos copas de vino.Gracias. La cama, la mesa, el sofá están nuevos. Tiene ventilador de techo sobre la cama.

El baño necesita reforma, limpieza de polvo sobre los roda pies, y los armarios de la cocina también están algo estropeados. Pero están en capacidad de uso. La terraza necesita reforma.

Tolle Lage

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung in einer guten Lage in Altstadtnähe mit zugehörigem Parkplatz im Innenhof.

Das Geschirr in der Küche ist sehr abgezählt, etwas mehr Tassen und Gläser würden nicht schaden. Des weiteren fehlen Müslischalen fürs Frühstück, ein Salatbesteck fehlte auch, da musste man schon sehr improvisieren.
