They tried to defraud us. Be careful.

They tried to charge tourism tax again. I showed my bill from booking and I had to argue about it. I didn’t pay of course but they forced me to pay this again. Edit: Yes, I do not want to pay city tax because I ALREADY PAID it to Booking.com. About my dog, it might be fur into room but again that's why you charged me 15 Euros more for dog and I paid it without any question.

Quiet. Near end/start stop of bus to city center. Close to supermarket, restaurant, bakery, pub. Confortable bed, clean room, bed and bath linen. Air conditioning. Refrigerator. Wifi. Cold water available at the 2nd floor. Most of staff attentive and efficient.

The room was charged in Serbian Dinar after conversion at a higher exchange rate (1 EUR=120 Dinar) than current (~117). There is no elevator. The TV set never worked. Smoking in the bedrooms is allowed in practice. The rooms in 2nd floor are in need of maintenance and renovation (scratched walls, torn curtains, fused lamps, blown lamp, electrical connections, smell of old plumbing). After 3-4 day stay an unbearable smell of urine in the bathroom showed up everyday after mid-afternoon. According to the explanation of the manager this problem originates from a connection between the air ventilation of the room and some part of the building gutter... Must say, however, that a new room was immediately provided after my reporting to staff. The photos displayed in Booking.com show a Happy Star Club much "happier" than in reality. On the 2nd floor the bar is empty, some rooms do not have mirror nor refrigerator, the nice blue chairs are gone... disappointing.

My stay was short, but I've got clean linen, comfortable bed and very clean everything in my room and that eas awesome. Working AC and water upon checkin were exactly that I needed. Very pleasant lady on reception allowed me to checkin erlier and helped me to print my bus ticket. Additionally, the breakfast is included and served in sibirska noc. It was great, you can choose from several options, so I had dinner there too. Recommend for short stay.

A little bit noise from cars outside, but I was very tired so it was Ok.

No kettle, no microoven, no cafe, no breakfast, cafes around are pretty expensive to get meals 3 times a day. Although there is a dispencer with hot water on the floor and nice place to work.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us plain paper for the kids to draw, extra bed sheets etc, very good experience. Parking is a huge problem in Belgrad and here there is free parking at site available

Friendly staff and warm place to stay for a few days

The Hotel does not pretend to be better than it is.You get what you have chosen yourself. The best is the young lady at the reception desk.Her help in any questions and hospitality was absolutely great. Acceptable breakfast with fresh products.

I like everything as my priority was the location in this area and to find within hours some room to stay in unexpected circumstances.

Too bad sound isolation, we could hear anybody walking in the hall and rooms around. Sound of other people opening their rooms was bit teriffying as it sounded like they are entering our room, specially in the late hours.

Unfriendly stuff and smell of cigarettes.

You can sleep here for one night, breakfast is fine.

Was a bit shocked with unfriendly staff which made us waiting talking with some guy who was working in hotel for like 15 r 20 minutes even didn't apologize for that. After we checked it, we had to pay some 3 Euro fee, we had 50 euro cash, they didn't have a change, and we had a card but they didn't want to use their terminal, so they decided to take our passports as a proof that we will pay later this city commission... After we finally got to our room it was so smoked... Even sofa was burnt by cigarette. There was no place for the car to park so we had to break the rules and park like everyone else on a sidewalk (there is only 3 parking lots in hotel, not worst to try to get on them).

Okay stay for a small price, nice staff.

The location was good for my trip, it is next to the road but it isn’t too noisy at all. Very nice staff, very welcoming.

The room wasn’t really in a good state, didn’t feel very clean and the sink in the bathroom actually had a big crack in it, also loose wires hanging from the sealing. There were also other guests smoking even after the staff told them not to in the dining room (apparently is was aloud in their rooms), as a non-smoker that wasn’t very pleasant.
