Very cozy and comfortable apartment, is much better in person than the photos provided. Great location with a small supermarket just a 3 min walk up the road. Also a Bus stop right on the door. Good Wifi, very clean, good heating. Staff very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend. We also had a fabulous view to the mountains. Also has a onsite shared laundry area however you must pay 2 euro per load.

TV is all local channels in Catalan or French. Not smart tv. No Netflix or such. Fridge old school, the back had frost and kept freezing our food even in the lowest setting

Very good value apartment sooo close to the gondola. Very comfortable for the two of us. We were able to extend our stay by an extra night to take advantage of great skiing conditions rather than leaving the room and packing up our stuff. Dominic was super helpful and efficient in organising this for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Televisions in both lounge and bedroom and large ones too. Parking though it costs each day is a bonus - parking underground when cars were getting buried in the snow outside was fab! Looking at the prices of other places whilst Encamp is not the most buzzing place this aparthotel is definitely value for money.

Our room had a very small kitchenette as the stairs took away part of the apartment so would choose a different apartment next time. Not a criticism but an addition to what would be helpful to guests include: hooks on doors as the only hooks were in the bathroom and we really needed to hang up our wet ski gear! Also some notes advising guests of facilities eg how the rubbish system works with the different coloured bags and bins and if staying for a few days the rubbish containers in the apartment are too small, maybe a little more cutlery would be nice. Aparthotel can't do anything about it but please manager be aware that the police are starting to man the traffic very early and like blowing their whistles all the time from about 7.30!

Although the breakfast was very good it is in the restaurant next oor which is a bit dark with loud music
