- **Efficiency Kitchen:** Fully equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and outdoor cooking utensils, allowing you to easily prepare meals, from grilling steak to tossing a fresh salad. A hot plate is also available for warming up your favorites.
- **Comfortable Living Space:** Relax in the inviting queen bed or the cozy recliner while enjoying your favorite shows on the TV hidden in the armoire. A convenient drop-down leaf dining table provides flexible space for meals without occupying too much room when not in use.
- **Private Bathroom:** The bathroom features a shower for your convenience, ensuring you have everything you need for a refreshing experience.

The room was perfect for our short stay!! Enjoyed the hot tub and patio in the morning listening to the birds. Room was clean and well stocked for our needs

What a wonderful stay. Booked me and my wife a 3 day getaway for her birthday. We loved the isolation away from the big city. The hot tub was my selling point for our trip, and it was amazing. The quiet night with the bugs and frogs was so peaceful. Keep in mind there is no stove or oven, just a grill (which i used everyday all day there :) ) and a tiny portable single coil stove. This place is cozy and tranquil. We cherished bonding and a stress free kid free vacation. My wife loved it and would definitely want to come back. If you are a fishing couple, keep note there is no free public access to the Blanco a river. It is surrounded by private property. BUT, if y’all want to make a drive, Canyon Lake is not that far. Plus you get a beautiful view of the land and small towns. Thank you for having us!! 5 stars!!

First time we had used the App and stayed like this. We were delighted and really enjoyed some quiet time a even able to finally get that nap!!!!! Accommodation were extra clean and everything that we needed was readily available.
