Clementine's House

המארח אנדראה היה יותר ממצויין והקפיד לעזור בכל דבר ואף חילק טיפים לשימוש במהלך החופשה שלנו. הוא ראוי לציון טוב מאוד. הדירה מאפשרת שהיה של משפחה גדולה, נראה שאנדראה ממש הקפיד בנושא ומיקם אף מיטה לתינוק. הדירה מרווחת בעלת שלושה חדרי שינה, סלון, 2 מקלחות ומרפסת גדולה. יש את הנדרש לשהיה כולל מכונת כביסה, מטבח,מקרר,תנור אפיה. ישנה מרפסת עם נוף מהמם לים. כמו כן, בריכה במתחם מהממת וגדולה.

יש לדירה פוטנציאל אדיר שלא ממומש וחבל. לדעתנו בהשקעה כספית לא גדולה אפשר לגרום לאורחים תחושה טובה מאוד במהלך השהיה בנכס. תחילה, חייב להגדיל את קיבולת דוד המים החמים. זה לחלוטין לא מספיק למשפחה. כדאי ומומלץ להחליף את מערכת הסירים, חלקם לא בדיוק ראויים לשימוש. מכונת קפה תהיה מוערכת מאוד בנכס. צריך למצוא פתרון לחרקים במרפסת. הגישה לנכס מעט מאתגרת בשעות החשיכה.

Andrea was the absolut most helpful host i have ever met, staying up late to let us in at like 2am in the morning! replying to whatsapp messages literally within seconds, reminding us that Etna has erupted, ordering food for us etc. Can only recommend him and his stunning house by the beach!

honestly i really cannot mention anything, we had the most pleasurable stay, Andrea was a huge help to us in all sense!

Very nice and good size apartment with an excellent view. Apartment comes with a private parking too. Bedrooms have A/C so its a plus. Nice pool area Andrea was very helpful and nice.

Fridge/ Freezer, washing machine and bbq need an upgrade. A/c in the kitchen is needed since its very hot in the morning. Other than that everything was nice and we had a good time.
