Modern villa in a 1100 m2 plot at a walking distance from Famara beach and great views to the ocean, The house, for up to 7 people, has three bedrooms and two complete big bathrooms (one en-suite) , very well equipped kitchen , spacious dinning room with window doors and a great terrace with a big pergola and chill out area fully furnished. Private pool with solar thermal cover, one big chill out bed and two sunbeds, and two extensible awnings. Front garden with stunning views of the surrounding Famara mountains. There is also a back garden with BBQ area with pergola, outdoor cold and hot water shower and a play kid area with wooden cabin, All bedrooms have complete furniture including big closets. The house is fully equipped: WIFI, smart TV, satellite dish, Induction cooker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave , dishwasher, washing machine , clothes dryer, hair dryer, babycot, children¨s high chair, etc... The en-suite bathroom has a big round bath and a shower. The other bathroom has a big shower. Parking space in the street, right in front of the house. Private urbanization with barriers to acces the street.

Villa is lovely and in a great setting. Car is a must to visit the island. No air conditioning which was fine for most of the stay, until the weather hit 30C then it became very hot inside as the winds dropped. Kitchen is well equipped with all we needed. Pool is small but still a blessing in the heat! Owner was great, communicating very quickly and helping with one small appliance issue. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

Very windy beach with few people. We loved it but waves a bit large for small children.Pool small, not really heated. But 9 year old loved it. House lovely especially the balcony. Lots of space good facilities.

We had a family holiday with fully grown children who went off to learn to surf, the surf school down the hill is really good.Famara is a quiet and relaxing place.
