The villa is situated just 100 metres from the beautiful Playa Cristal, one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada. Just 200 metres away, you will find the charming centre of Miami Playa, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants and entertainment. You will also be just 10 km from the picturesque town of Cambrils, famous for its port and gastronomic offer.
The villa has a private garden, perfect for relaxing, as well as outdoor furniture, a fenced plot that guarantees your privacy, and a large 20 m² terrace equipped with a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. Zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Meeres, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Geschäfte. Großer und gepflegter Garten, komfortabler Urlaub und Spiele für Kinder. Bequeme Gestaltung der Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen perfekten Urlaub für die ganze Familie benötigt wird.
