Located near the Sunriver Nature Center and Sunriver Stables, Lone Eagle Landing 2 is an upscale and luxurious vacation home. This contemporary, multi-level vacation home with vaulted ceilings and skylights creates an atmosphere of light, brightness, and airy. Bring the whole family as the home is kid-friendly with a pack n play and 2 toddler cots. It has a ping pong table in the garage along with bikes for the whole crew to get out and about and explore 30 plus miles of biking and walking trails. The home recently just added a new hot tub for this upcoming 2021 summer! There is a nearby parking spot and tie-downs for your airplane, located near the home, but not at the Sunriver Airport. For specific airport information please visit the Sunriver Airport website.
Upstairs Living:
This home has a fireplace that will keep you warm and cozy while watching a movie on the 65" flat-screen TV with surround sound or reading a book in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen with a gourmet stove, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including an oversized French door refrigerator, making this modernized kitchen perfect for any gathering.
Upstairs Primary Bedroom 1:
This home has two primary bedrooms, both of which are located upstairs. The first Master has a King-sized bed with a new mattress (September 2020) and a flat-screen TV.
Upstairs Primary Bedroom 2:
The second primary also has a King-sized with new mattress and furniture (September 2020) and a flat-screen TV.
Downstairs Living:
Second living space downstairs with Flatscreen TV and leather couches. There's a full bath off the living area also.
Downstairs Bedroom:
The third bedroom has a Full Bed with a new mattress (September 2020).
Garage and Laundry:
The Laundry Room is downstairs. The garage houses a Ping-Pong table and bikes.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use.
