About this apartment rental
Magnificent fully managed complex of just 40 apartments, adjacent to the World renown Laguna 5 star Golf club, and Banyan Tree Spa hotel. (Conde Nast Gold List, on of the best in locations in the World) Elevated location overlooking lake, plenty of bird life. Surrounded by latex plantation, view to Layan and Bang Tao beaches on the West facing Andaman coastline (Pearl of Asia) with magnificent Sunsets. The beach has been nominated 4th best in World by Lonely Planet Guide. Location can be found on Google Earth, type into the 'fly to' box 8 01'33.50"N 98 17'52.42"E (Image pre the building, but area is well shown). The apartment is furnished in Asian style to a very high standard, we have full air-conditioning, 2 TV's international channels inc BBC and CNN News. We have several BBQ's and sun decks, great for wedding receptions. Next door the famous 360 Bar at Phuket Pavilions, the 'in place' to watch sunset, and fine dining if you want.

Great location, best view and spacious condo with access to swimming pool. 5 mins ride to the beach, shopping areas and gym.

We enjoyed our stay in Gordon's apartment. Very spacious, comfortable and great for a family. Wonderful pools. Wonderful view. Close to the beach and all the amenities of the area. Would highly recommend.

Layan gardens is an idyllic garden complex of pools and views, close to the world renown Bang Tao Beach, where Turtles lat eggs and is regarded as one of the finest beaches in the world. The location is quiet and yet is near to nightlife and all the activities available at Phuket. It is about 20 minutes from the airport, and ten minutes from the beach. If you want to explore the whole Island, or go up onto the Mainland via the bridge you can hire a car which can be arranged by the front office.
The apartment is very modern and has high quality furnishings, and has great views onto the pools and the outstanding garden.
