About this house rental
Glaneirw Coach House is set in seclusion down a leafy driveway, the property has recently been converted and extensively renovated. The house sleeps 9 in 5 beautiful, plush bedrooms.
On the ground floor, the entrance hall offers an original Victorian Terracotta tiled floor and panelled walls with Original Saddle and Bridle Hooks and downstairs Cloakroom. This leads through to Sitting Room/Dining Room with Original Slate floors and high ceilings, furnished with a large Antique Mahogany Dining Table and Chairs, with sofa's and wing back chairs comfortably seating 10 with SMART TV, DVD player and underfloor heating.
Leading off to the large Kitchen with access to Courtyard and Garden. The kitchen provides range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a kitchen table & chairs.
Just outside the kitchen is a courtyard and gravelled area leading to large table and chairs with extensive garden and Weber BBQ. There is a Games Room with full size Table Tennis Table, Darts Board and outside fridges.
Off the kitchen is a second hallway with settle and under-stairs cupboard providing storage, leading off the hallway is the staircase to a landing and the first two bedrooms and bathroom.
Kingsize Bedroom with Seagrass flooring and Oak furniture and Single Bedroom, both with views over the gardens. There is a tiled bathroom with Large Rain Shower, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and mirror.
A small set of steps from the landing opens onto a large landing and further bedrooms and bathrooms, all with exposed original beams and luxurious Wool carpet.
