About this house rental
In a vineyard property near Lezignan Corbieres, in the vicinity of cathar castles and roman abbayes, at the entrance of the pleasant village of Ferrals les Corbieres, a delightful 85 m² semi attached house classified 4* converted comfortably for 4 people. Furniture and decoration of quality for the house situated right at the beginning of the famous Corbières area well known for its wines, castles and scenery.
Large pool of 13mx9m with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.90m and small 60cm bath for the little ones. Protected by a removable barrier, it is open between mid May to mid October. with a large furnitured patio. The pool and the large patio is to share with 2 others houses of same capacity.
On the groung floor, open fitted kitchen/dining room, and a living room. On the first floor, 1 spacious king size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room and separate toilet. Private terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
Views on the owner’s vineyard. English and German spoken. Sorry no pets allowed.
You are in a family vineyard of 27 ha, located in the heart of Corbières, on the soil of Boutenac, between Carcassonne and Narbonne.
The independent winemakers produce white, rosé and red wines in AOC Corbières and AOC Corbières-Boutenac (one of the Languedoc Crus). They grow their vines in respect of the environment (High Environmental Value certification) and create quality wines (according to our credo fruit-freshness-balance) regularly rewarded by the Guides and Contests.
Many selections on wine guides like the Parker guide and Hachette guide.
Charges to be paid locally :
Compulsory final cleaning at 60 €,
Air conditionning and electric heating compulsory according to general consumption displayed on the meter at 0.25€/kwh the year around.This price may be updated on july1st depending on price of electricity,
Kit comfort including bed sheets rental + 2 towels + 1 large swimming pool towel pool for 16 € / person, to be ordered before arrival.

We had a lovely week in this rustic gite. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The pool was one of the biggest that we've seen and as there are only three gites on the complex there was plenty of room to swim but we did have it to ourselves a lot of the time. Supermarkets are a five minute drive away. It is a good base for exploring the area.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Küche, Klimaanlage. Schöne Aussenterrasse und gepflegte Pool-Anlage. Der Buchungsprozess über die Agentur France Sweet Villas könnte etwas transparenter sein, wir haben einige Infos erst auf Nachfrage erhalten, zB zu extra Gebühren. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Weingut-Besitzern.

Ferienwohnung direkt auf einem sympathischen Weingut (mit sehr guten Weinen, die man direkt vor Ort verkosten kann). Zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Großer Pool zum Schwimmen und Sonnen, den man sich mit den Gästen der zwei weiteren Ferienwohnungen teilt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Besitzer. Lage ideal für Ausflüge in die Corbières-Region, auch am Meer ist man dank der nahen Autobahn recht schnell. Im Dorf sind eine Bäckerei, ein kleiner Laden und zwei Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Un séjour très appréciable avec des propriétaires très accueillants et discrets... Du calme et de la tranquillité... Idéal pour les enfants qui apprécient les longues baignades. Piscine bien sécurisée avec clôture.
