Недалеко залізничний та автовокзал, в пішій доступності центр міста. На 1 поверсі є магазин. Дуже тихо, сусідів майже не чула. Адекватний господар і покоївка. Вся техніка справно працює.
Неможливість відмінити бронь менш, як за місяць до дати заїзду. Іноді під вікном на спільній терасі сушаться сусідські рушники.

Доволі зручне розсташування, привітний персонал, є фен, праска, чайник, весь потрібний посуд
Вонюча постільна білизна така, що потім сам нею тхнеш, стрьомні капці, з балкона все куриво до нас в номер, гель для душу самий дєшманській, шампуня немає, ну і саме житло вже стареньке, побита стільниця, пошарпані меблі
