Mieszkanie jest położone w dobrej lokalizacji - 15 minut od wejścia na plażę. Było także czyste :)
Myślę, że mieszkanie na potencjał, jednak wydaje się zaniedbane. To co najbardziej rzuciło nam się w oczy to brzydki zapach z lodówki i szafek, wyrwane kontakty, mrówki.... suszarka pozostawiona w łazience cała się kleiła, właściwie ciężko stwierdzić dlaczego. Ciężko także stwierdzić czy w mieszkaniu ktoś celowo wstawił starsze meble czy zrobił z tego sposób na oszczędność - podejrzewam, że jedno i drugie. Ładnie wykończone łazienka i kuchnia mieszają się tam z przypadkowymi meblami rodem z PRL-u, przez co mieszkanie jest niespójne pod względem wystroju.
