Goldbeaters House

The owner Nick is very friendly and accommodates any reasonable request. We arrived early and were able to park our car on the drive as soon as we arrived which meant we could enjoy a full day in London. As the room was available, Nick also allowed us to check-in at just after 10am which again made the trip really smooth. A short walk in a quiet neighbourhood gets you to Burnt Oak tube station, which is the less than thirty minutes into Leicester square, which was perfect for our theatre trip. Bottles of water and tea and coffee are provided in the room. In the morning, croissants, toast, butter, jam, a variety of cakes, and tea and coffee are available in the shared kitchen. Overall a great value and convenient place to stay for a trip into London.

Clean and welcoming with excellent kitchen facilities. Very competitive price Easy to find.

Bathroom a bit small and auto light in there had a six seconds timeout which made it difficult to see on the shower.

Good size room beautifully clean easy parking helpful person use of kitchen.

No hair dryer

En-suite, smoke free.

People coming in at 04:30 street noise. Small en-suite space. Staff unable to communicate in English. Self service breakfast. It was laid out in dispensers and pre package continental croissants etc. there were eggs but nothing to cook them in. No coffee in the coffee canister and it felt like I had to rummage through the families cupboards and the fridge also looked as if it was a private one. Floor was gritty in bedroom. Bed throw had dirty marks on it
