It is a comfortable Hotel. Great breakfast

Air conditioner did not work good. I had to ask at 11 pm a room change

As a business traveler it did not meet my expectation

The restaurant in the hotel was not that great. Communication was an issue. Staff did not bring what I ordered but I accepted it not to make it difficult

Its probably a good hotel for crew change, for business travel it’s just not bad if your expectation is not too high.

The lobby and pool.

Breakfast and costumer service are weak. Fobs don’t work properly, our three bedroom only had two towels. They cleaned our rooms while we had the “do not disturb sign” on the door.

restaurant. My wife and I were to the restaurante to dinner and nobody gave us any attention, neiher showed us the menu and assistance, so we decided to retire without dinner. I got my car and was dinner in an restaurant outside.

Almost everything, I paid for a room that was not provided with the facilities described when I paid for, and would like to highlight the fact that were provided two rooms. The first had a lot of insects below the pillow, and led me to complain. Then a second one was provided, and it was not cleaned, the bathroom was dirty. Unfortunately, due to the time that I arrived (after midnight), I tried just to don't think about, sleep, and leave that place in the morning. Horrible!!! And the receptionist was also working like he didn't even like what he was doing!!! WORST PLACE THAT I HAVE SLEPT IN MACAE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good facilities, nice building, architeture and decoration.

Food,I had a very bad dinner. Breakfast wast’nt great too. Also the spring mattress was too soft and the hostess could explain me whatt type of mattress they had there.
