About this bed and breakfast
The property, directly on the sea, is 2300 sq m and consists of two residential units with garden, swimming pool, private beach and parking.
The local staff gives our guests the opportunity to experience the reality of the place, enjoying an alternative holiday to that proposed by the large mass tourist circuits. The environment is informal and hospitable, ideal for relaxing. Groups and families are welcome.
The property has 6 bedrooms located on the ground floor of the main Villa, all with private bathroom and air conditioning. Three of the 6 rooms are facing the sea.
"Budget" solutions are also available on the second floor of the Villa and in the Depandance. The Depandance is an independent building on several levels, located 70 meters from the sea and located on the back of the main Villa. The Depandance has an apartment with two bedrooms, a local style attic unit and a further bedroom with independent access from an external balustrade.
The restaurant with sea view, located on the first floor of the Villa and a poolside bar, is available for all guests. The restaurant and common areas (garden and swimming pool) are not exclusive, they are shared with the other guests of the structure.

Great location on Jambiani Beach with a relaxing vibe and exceptional staff. I arrived late on the first night and was met by Kevin, the property manager to assist with my bags and get me to my room.
Accommodations were perfect, and my room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful in every way. Kobe House was just what I needed for several days of relaxation and to explore Zanzibar.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa affittando due camere e utilizzando il servizio ristorante per tutti i pasti. Le camere sono in stile Zanzibarino pulite e complete di aria condizionata e zanzariere (anche sui letti), il cibo è ottimo specialmente il pesce, ci sono stati consigliati abitanti locali per accompagnarci in tutte le escursioni ad ottimi prezzi, la casa è completa di una bella piscina ed è proprio sul mare, anche una parte di spiaggia e recintata, in 20 minuti a piedi lungo la spiaggia si raggiunge anche Paje, inoltre per il mio bimbo di 3 anni una stanza relax piena di giochi per bambini e attrezzatura per snorkeling (pinne e maschere a disposizione) sicuramente torneremo a trovarvi a presto Fabio e Monia.
