About this cottage rental
Right next to the peaceful River Aulne near Quimper in Brittany, Gîte du Vert Rivage at Stang Korvenn is the perfect place to completely relax and enjoy Brittany's unique rural culture and variety.
There's direct access to the river, which forms part of the Nantes - Brest canal, with cycling, fishing, swimming and walking. The stunning beaches of the Breton coasts to west and south are within easy reach, and so are many excellent golf courses. The north coast and the ferry port of Roscoff are just over an hour away, and the miles of empty surrounding roads that sweep through the countryside are a motorcyclist's dream. The gîte is conveniently placed near the quiet main road to Quimper, enabling easy access to many wonderful destinations.
Stang Korvenn is a traditional Breton long farmhouse or longère that has been extensively renovated to combine modern living with rustic charm (complete with free Wifi), set in three acres of secluded and fenced wooded gardens, great for children to run around in and explore.
Available for holiday rental all year round, Le Gite du Vert Rivage (Greenbank cottage) can sleep 4 people in 2 generously sized bedrooms, plus a cot if requested for an infant. There is also space for an extra adult or child to sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge.
